Pros +
- This is not a hotel. You can’t call the place we stayed in even a room (maybe a notch in the attic). No elevator so one needs to take the luggage by himself. No hotel service ( like reception or a place to complain about any issue). unacceptable.
- Staff behaved as if they were the owners. Surprise welcome with sparkling wine and cake. Modern facilities (set in a historic building)
- Nice building, good location, nice food.
Cons -
- Service very slow. Cold water. Rooms noisy.
- - Not everything was in English (e.g., food/drinks menu)- Some employee's English language skills were very poor
- There was not a kettle in the room (but you can get hot water in the restaurant).

Nice building, good location, nice food.
Service very slow. Cold water. Rooms noisy.
We stayed in Szczawno-Zdrój because we couldn't find a good place in Wałbrzych. But in the end, we liked even more Szczawno-Zdrój. It is a very cozy and small spa town with good cafes, restaurants and nice parks. And Bohema is in the best location of the city! The stay exceeded my expectations.- The room is much better than it looks in the pictures- The breakfast is superb (not many options, but the few options were very luxurious)- Great service- Everything is clean- Very good priceAdditionally, we had the New Year's Eve dinner, which was a very pleasant gastronomic experience.I truly recommend this place. Everything was exceptional.

Great staff. Perfect restaurant with vegan-friendly breakfast options and with a perfect fresh pita and hummus. Mineral quelle nearby.
There was not a kettle in the room (but you can get hot water in the restaurant).
Location was wonderful. Sfatt super friendly and lunch/dinner delicious.
Guests that misbehaved in the middle of the night, while the staff were away.
The area was beautiful, parks and old buildings. Hotel nice but we had to carry our luggage all the way up to the second floor, room ok no coffee and tea facilities in the room, no bar fridge, staff nice polite, breakfast was ok but it was table service and quite expensive.
Better room facilities like coffee in the room especially that we were told that the breakfast is from 9:00 am a bit late, and those stairs were a killer for my husband who’s been sick for a while.
Lovely location, beautiful building, very good food in the restaurant. Cleaning ladies were very helpful and nice.
Water wasn't always warm. During the last night I stayed at the hotel, there were nightmare neighbours next door. Very loud until 2.30 am. There are no receptionists at the premises (waitresses are checking guests in and out) and also no staff at night. There was no one who could handle the misbehaving guests. The next day, when I mentioned the situation, it wasn't taken seriously. Perhaps it was just an isolated incident.
It is a delightful place to stay - it looks very grand sat at the edge of the park and the dining room is like something from a stately home. Our room was well furnished and clean, but lacked a couple of essentials - a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Another negative was not providing a bed and breakfast package. Food in the restaurant wasn’t as expensive as I was imagining and the quality was very good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. As for parking, there is a paying car park across the pedestrian road. It is very close as long as you enter the hotel by the back door rather than walking round to the front. The door appears to be always open - pull it rather than push!
friendly staffambiance location
the staff is very friendly, very helpful. the hotel looks very posh, nicely renovated. the cookies in our room as welcome gifts were a nice touch. we visited in the winter, heating was nice and more than adequate. the room had 3 separate blinds. 1 curtain, 1 indoor rolling shade, and 1 outdoor shade.
it snowed during our stay. cleaning away the snow from in front of the hotel door didn't occur to anyone, for 2 days (we left afterwards, so they might have just left the snow there until it melts...). they did have snow shovel, because when i asked for it, they gladly lent it to me (so i can clear away snow from parking lot).room 5 and room 6 were separated by a door. you could hear normal human conversation easily. any noise, and the neighbors came knocking on that door happily disrupting anything that comes with any noise.still for room 5: it was winter. winter. still, the shower tap couldn't produce hot water (probably the thermostat was broken, it happens, but still). it was reported to the staff, the waitress/maid came and confirmed, the bathroom sink tapwater was much more hot (normally hot), than the shower water. the response was: we can't do anything. when asking for a refund, management said: the water is the same in every room. no refunds or partial refunds are granted. so if you visit this place and you get room 5, prepare yourself for sharwd noises from the neighbors and check if the cold water in yhe shower is still an issue.we kindly asked to be able to check out instead of 11 at 14:00. it would've cost us another half a day. we didn't opt for it.
A small bottle of champagne and a nice, very tasty cake in the room.
Mattress a bit too soft.
nice clean rooms
Wi-Fi is terrible, No channels on tv, no fridge and made us pay city tax at the end when it said on initial bill it was included
location and very relaxed atmosphere ? waitresses service impeccably supportive
although we don't watch TV during such occasions, we noticed that the selection of channels in native Polish was very poor, compare to German language, why? we didn't know?
Really nice hotel, quiet and with great restaurant, it's the best place in the area to enjoy some days of relax. Special mention for the friendly and attentive staff, also the marvelous terrace to have breakfast with the garden view
absolutely fantastic place! it’s like a hidden gem, rooms are great value for the money, good location. restaurant is fabulous, food is excellent and just delicious, good selection of vine’s. highly recommend if you’re in the area
