    • A super beautiful kocation and cabin has everythingFamily run business with big focus on the guestsWonderful little gazebo with fireplace and free wood- great for grillingThe center also offers turs- we did snowmobiling and dog sleddingBoth were fantastic and the dog sledding was so fantastic to be close to the friendly dogs and mushing out in the nature
    • This is the best place you’ll find. The owner is lovely and the cabins are beautiful. They are located 5 min walking from the ferry and the scenery is just breathtaking. This was the second year i stayed here and will definitely come back!
    • I loved everything about it. We had our own cottage with kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom. The location is also very close by to the ferry which runs every hour, so you can get to Tromso within an hour.

    Cons -

    • The check-in procedure wasn’t clear and the staff were difficult to reach
    • The mattress was worn and could use replacement. Not uncomfortable, though
    • we were not informed about facilities (as sauna) at check inno heating in sleeping room so need to keep the door open to be heated by main room

My cabin was perfect for me, who was travelling alone. Cabin was very comfortable and there was everything I needed. Location was very good.

Great location and beautiful chalet, well equipped and cozy.

Cosy hut with everything I needed for the few days in the Lingen Alps. Great porch (if the weather permits it), tidy bathroom, small but well equipped kitchen (although the hotplates were struggling a bit). Clean washing machine and dryer at a fair price. Location is excellent for both north- and southward activities. Ask the owner for tips, she knows the mountains.

The mattress was worn and could use replacement. Not uncomfortable, though

comfortable chalet, comfy beds, plenty of heat, beautiful location, excellent host communication

the hot room (not a sauna IMO) took a long time to warm up on a winter’s day, but that’s probably more an issue of translation than anything. with a strong fire rolling the hot room was a very enjoyable spot to relax and enjoy the radiant heat.hope to return in the summer some time to enjoy the pub. it is not active during the winter by my understanding and is only manned when hosting snowmobile groups after their adventure. makes sense why it wouldn’t be manned since traffic is much lower, but clearly representing this would be handy on the site.

Great location, amazing views. Small kitchen had everything we needed. The terrace could be nice on warmer days. Possibility to use a sauna is a nice bonus.

I reserved a cabin for 3 persons. It had only one bunkbed with a wider lower bed but it was still too narrow for two adults. Also the mattresses were too soft.

I stayed in a one bedroom cabin and it was great, very nice terrace, well-equiped kitchen, clean and confortable, right next to the ferry terminal and with beautiful scenery and hiking paths starting right from the campsite.

Nothing bad really, loved my stay here.

    The cabin is spacious

There was no information on check-in. There was also NO STAFF available when we arrive. We could not get into our cabin!

Nice view, clean cabin, kind people and reasonable price... What else one could wish?

Super easy check in with keys ready waiting for us. Hege our host was very nice and very accommodating - despite the property preferring card payments she accepted cash that we had from our previous trips to Norway. Great amenities - all that you could wish for in the kitchenette, even coffee maker, TV (with some English channels if you're not that good with Norwegian!), also worth noting that despite freezing temperatures outside (minus 15 C!) it was very warm and cozy inside.Large terrace a big bonus. Couldn't spend much time on it due to this being February ;-) But at night in February, what a great spot to do some stargazing and, most importantly, watch the magic of Northern Lights! A brilliant location - we got to see Northern Lights literally from our terrace here and it was magical ;-) We expected to drive around a lot in search of Aurora Borealis but that's actually not the case - now we've learned that if this wonder is visible on a particular night, then providing there are no clouds, you can see it from everywhere really! We did drive around though as it is better and more spectacular when watched from where there's no artificial light pollution and the camping is well lit (not a fault, just a fact). Well stocked supermarket 20min away in Lyngseidet, Tromso Ice Domes 2H, Tromso 1H including 20min ferry. All drives spectacular, and we had been extensively travelling all over Norway in the past so can compare ;-) Not a complain but our beds could've done with a more firm mattresses - was OK for our 3 nights short stay, would be a bit uncomfortable if we were to stay longer (which we will in future!) - again, it wasn't a big issue and definitely won't put us off from booking here again. Overall, a brilliant short stay in this magical part of the world - after many summertime trips, a great first time winter visit to Norway.

I stayed here three nights and it was perfect! The Chalet was clean and well equipped. I did a snowmobile safari and the guides were great. Thank you!

A small but well-equipped cabin, perfect for a couple or a single traveller! Really cute and confortable, i really loved it. Also, the tenants were extremely helpful: they provided with an extra heater and pulled me out of the snow when needed ;-)

    Excellent stay and good location.

The sauna area could do with a refresh, but big points for having a sauna!
