Large modern rooms in the center. Good linen. Very near the Chateau. Secure bike storage.

Very nice hotel with parking and very nice location. The mangers are super nice. They gave us very useful tips to discover this beautiful region. Tasty breakfast too! We highly recommend to stay at the Hotel Burgevin.

Very welcoming hosts who did everything to make us feel right at home. Large well appointed room with a comfortable bed. Safe storage for our bicycles. Nicely presented and very tasty breakfast.

Superbly located being very convenient for the chateau and the restaurants in Sully. The bedroom was comfortable and, like the spacious bathroom, had been refurbished well, including with effective air-con. The quality of the breakfast was excellent for what is a fairly small establishment. The patron was most welcoming and there is a secure on-site car park.

Nothing. As is common with such places, there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are places to eat nearby, within a two minute walk.

This is simply an excellent place to stay. Sophie and her team, welcomed me in excellent English, stored my bicycle in a purpose built garage and served me an excellent bottled beer in a very comfortable lounge. The ground floor room, large, light and airy, great air con, beautiful big shower was super clean with thick creamy towels, and looked out over an inner courtyard through blackout curtains.. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings top class and again very clean. The breakfast was copious and perfect for a vegetarian cyclist. A superb hotel on the EuroVelo 6 and 3 and well worth your time. A 5 star experience. ??

The bed side tables while large, were topped with a black glass which made me fear dropping my phone in the night or misjudging where the surface was so to speak. Other than that this hotel was brilliant.

Superb buffet breakfast (extra cost but worth it) in a great location right near the Loire and the chateau (well worth a visit) just around the corner. Plenty of EV charging and safe place for bikes.

Only 2 electrical sockets in the room, where connected table lamps. Not so much pressure of water in shower.Cold ground in bathroom.

Location, parking, cleanness

Lack of soundproof from the parking. Usually when guests leave at 7 am hotels try to provide some resemblance of breakfast or morning coffee and don’t suggest to make it in the room.

We booked a double room and a junior suite. They were very clean and well-maintained. The suite was exceptionally spacious and we liked the structure too. Frederick the host was warm and very helpful in sharing with us that the Chateau Sully-sur-Loire would be closed the following day so that saved the day. We managed to visit it in the afternoon instead after checking in. It was just a stone's throw away, so convenient. He also recommended eating places for the evening. We had a superb dinner. Frederick went the extra mile in helping us to sort out some difficult issues with our car rental as we were left in the lurch with no transport to Amboise. He made several repeated calls to a few parties and was so patient in following up even after we had checked out. The family rates this 10/10, no less. Oh yes, breakfast was superb too!

Only one chair, one stool, for a superior room with plenty of space, could be better, breakfast charge seemed high

Shower head was a little short, water pressure in shower was less than normal, but not horrible.

Lovely terrace to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine from the Loire Valley. Great location. This was my second stay and I will definitely return. A very helpful young lady at the reception desk, knowledgeable about the local area.

Fantastic location near the glorious Château de Sully. Good choice of breakfast though coffee was Nespresso capsules. Good bathroom.

Our room was on the ground floor and only had a curtain (no shutters) so we couldn’t open the window at night. Also our room smelled damp - either the carpet or the bedding or something, it just was a bit musty and unpleasant

Presence of elderly English couple who seemed determined to unnecessarily find fault!

Well located within walking distance of everything. The hotel is pretty and the room was clean. Free onsite parking was essential for us too.

Although the hotel was fine, the manager was not particularly friendly and was quite obnoxious when we misplaced our keycard which we found later. A total over reaction. My wife alsoleft a coat in the wardrobe and we did not receive a message via booking.com to inform us or offer to post it on at our expense. Not very nice. we would not stay again.
