- kids facilitates- quiet place- Jacuzzi- breakfast not bad.- The place seems to be hosting some events and is suitable for that.

- The bathroom smells so disgusting it bothered me all the time, and the ventilation is bad! May cause vomiting !! In room 103!- staff don’t speak English.- There are repairs to the facilities of the place.- The lake is better be cleaned.

All good. Party event there was awesome! Food, DJ, drinks. Breakfast amazing especially pancakes.

They call hotel as 3*, but it's as far from 3* as from Poland to Brazil. Sink in the toilet was cracked, shower hanger broken, you need to keep shower in your hand, access to the hotel through the forest with dirty and crashed road. We were waiting in the restaurant for 20 min to make an order, because waitres/bar tender was missing and she was very unhappy when I made a remark about it, anyway - food was really good, even if it was overpriced.

The hotel is not maintained. The street to the hotel is a pothole, unasphalted. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are not cleaned, the equipment needs to be replaced. The are no quiet hours in the hotel restaurant.

It is crumbling. Sockets are loose, lightbulbs hanging on the wires, rusty taps. No hairdryer.And the smell in the room..Wifi password said enough - last time someone cared to update anything was back in 2019.

We also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of amenities such as a kettle, which allowed us to prepare hot beverages whenever we desired.The hotel's location was convenient for travelers like us who were exploring Poland by car. It provided easy access to major highways and was within a reasonable distance from various attractions and amenities. Location, good territory, jakuzi and sauna available, good TV. Good value for money.

40 zł per breakfast per person too much, swimming pool availabile only from May. But in general it was good

Perfect location if you have a car, nice breakfast, excellent service. Special appreciation for help from Anna, the manager from wedding parties. She offerred me a lift when I needed it to Skarzysko without any money, just on purpose.

Nothing. The stay is horrible. The staff act like they have a gold mine but it’s a bat cave. Do not stay here!

I didn’t like that I booked a room with a pool view option in booking which they didn’t have. I paid extra for this pool view room!! The rooms smelled like smoke, you could hear what went on in the room next to yours because the walls are very thin; especially heat what your neighbor is doing in the bathroom. Breakfast was horrible and cold; and the coffee was attritions. I bought a drink at the bar and in order for them to make more money off of me they poured water into my whiskey on the rocks. Hotel staff was incredibly rude. Not to forget, but a large spider came out of my shower drain before I started showering, and the hot water didn’t work for over half the stay, and I never got any compensation from the hotel because they just took my money and ran. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

It's a lovely place with comfortable beds. We stayed for one night so everything was fine. The place is very good for kids.

Where to start?First of all, the staff was amazing. Due to a minor misunderstanding they changed our room, they were polite, nice, kind.They allow pets for a very small fee so we could bring our dog.Our room was clean, with coffee, tea and water. A nice and clean bathroom.The food at the restaurant very delicious and cheap in my opinion.We had access to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi!!! It was an amazing weekend!

The shower hoze it's kinda fixed so when water pressure is high it won't cover you. But if you're not picky at all, you can just take it in your hand and use it.

The breakfast was fine. The location was ok, though it negatively effected my personal wifi connection. The bed was comfortable. Loved the hot water in the shower and the pressure I was able to get.

The temperature was cold in the room. You had to hold the shower head while taking a shower instead if it being fixed to the wall and being able to adjust it.
