Hotel Beskidzki Raj Medical SPA

A spacious, comfortable room with a large balcony. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Comfortable beds and a working Smart TV. Plus, there's a petting zoo, a fantastic playground, and an observation tower.

The electric kettle had a broken lid.

It is a very well maintained hotel. All amenities like bowling, swimming, spa and everything that is mentioned are in good condition. During snow please make sure you have the snow scraper in your car!

The view and the food

Difficult access through narrow steep road, impossible to get to the hotel when it snows. The hotel itself is not very accessible, could use a proper renovation as it looks very dated.

It was the best breakfast I had recently than many others. Plenty of various neat food and very delicious. All staffs were very kind and helpful

It was bit difficult drive to get the destination where the final half kilometers were not wide enough and bit dangerous. It is understandable because it is on top of mountain.

Nice room, good breakfast.

There were no electrical outlets near the bed. Also it was so hot in the room we were keeping the window open all night.

The view very beautiful. The room clean and comfortable. Sometime a little beat noise. The spa very nice and the breakfast excellent

I wouldn't recommend the room with mezzanine, the stairs are very steep and the round bend is not comfortable at all. ended up sleeping on the couch. I think I would book in the part of building where the pool is (rooms with balconies).

The hotel is at the top of a hill which gives amazing view on the national park nearby, our room had a view on Babia Gora directly. rooms are well-equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee, the beds are comfy, and our room came with an amazing terrace, as well as spa passes. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, the canteen/restaurant had awesome vibes, we loved every minute of it. There is a view tower next to the hotel, and a mini zoo, also, you hiking trails can be found everywhere around.

I liked the entire experience.

location is beautiful. restaurant very good, just you need to wait longer. we paid extra for room with bubble bath, so it made our stay very romantic

Some spider web in the hotel - but during summer time its normal : ) , 2nd bed was couch - not the best one , Pity you have to pay extra for bowling and snooker etc

everything! beautiful road, parking space, friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms, cool spa and delicious breakfast and choice in the restaurant is perfect! pasta was super delicious! Nature ❤️❤️❤️???? Tower view!??

Location is great, views are very scenery. Restaurant is not very expensive and the food was good, service was great! Sauna/pool are even better than expected. A fine place to spend a weekend or even a new year's eve!

Bed wasn't comfy (mattress too firm); sound proofing could be better. Other than that - no complaints.

The locality was just wonderful! Absolutely amazing view. Breakfast was also delicious - great choice, so many types of cheese, warm dishes (pancakes, eggs, sausages, etc.), good coffee and juice. Stuff was very kind. Another awesome thing was the tube! Also there is an option to go to the watchtower or see some animals in a small zoo - very nice!

The bed was not comfortable and it was small (for 2 persons). Overall - rooms were small but the view worth it.

Very silent place, nice views,. Excellent location for hiking trips. It is a shame that all those good things cannot be fully enjoyed because hotel completely ignores covid-19 restrictions reguired by state, 90% of hotel staff doesn't use masks at all, including restaurant staff.

90% of hotel staff doesn't use protective masks, including restaurant staff, even though there are songs and labels everywhere warning guests that die to covid-19 maska must be worn. That was embarrassing to observe how the hotel staff ignores covid-19 restrictions required by the state.Majority of hotel guests also do not use masks.

Pool has a spectacular view. Food tasty. However for a longer stay 4+ days a bit repetitive.

The room was SUPER SMALL and with a view on parking lot. very dark and annoying. ground floor. the rooms above had small balconies, when in the night guests stayed there we could hear all the voices. Very week ventilation.

Breakfast has significantly improved since my last stay. More variety, only gotta avoid 8:30-9:30 peak time, then some of hot products are missing then.There were some problems in bathroom in my room when I arrived, but upon reporting, they were immediately fixed!

Maybe.....better selection of whole-grain bakery products on breakfast.Beds are not of top-comfort... mattresses are hard and uneven and covered with plastic protectors...Wifi has some holes in coverage, but is workable.
