Location, service and friendly staff
Great hotel with a great people.i have mentioned before that i am intolerant to lactose and i asked them if is possible to help me with some margarin for the breakfast.And they made me a surprise and prepared 2 typer of lactose free tartinable cheese, butter lactose free and lactose free milk.i would like ro thanks them again and next time when i will go to Zagreb i will stay again there.

Excellent facility with welcoming stuff. Near to highway, so it's ideal for stay during long journeys. Room is specious enough, equipped with all necessities, clean. Breakfast excellent, with good choices.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I made the reservation, I specifically booked two rooms with three beds each. The total price was automatically calculated and confirmed during the booking process.However, upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay extra for two additional beds. This unexpected charge was quite inconvenient and contrary to what I believed was included in the booking.
