Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, welll designed rooms, tasty breakfast. People are nice and comunicative.

Comfortable. Ideal for a night stay for who is travelling from one area to another. The property includes a well equipped bar at ground level.

No elevator to get to the room.

Staff super cooperative. They solved my problem without hesitation. I mistakenly booed 3 nights instead of 2, but the management give to me the chance to rectify that with no penalties.Availability very much appreciated!

Locality,We could hear noises from bar terrace in the morning, ,Jacuzzi wich we had in next room automatically started at 5:20 in morning and I had to get up and turn it off.

Rude staff (especially the owner/manager). Small rooms. Slow internet. Only food available is prepackage sandwiches that can be found at petrol stations The hotel is next to a warehouse, in the middle of an industrial estate. It is 10 minutes by car from Ptuj. Your room will either look onto a car park or a wall. Ptuj really merits a visit. I would stay in a B&B in town.

There’s a bar/cafe attached to the B&B, which is also open until late! No noise complaints but this is definitely a plus!

No elevator, I have a knee issue for which I would say this is a minus

The hotel has an awesome location, it is just a few minutes drive from the main highway. This makes it less noisy and a bit cheaper than other options in the region. The hotel is really new and everything shines. Jacuzzi and bathroom are a pleasure to use new and clean. There is a good bar downstairs where you can have a drink and relax after a long journey.

The room was super nice (we had the jaccuzi). The location was nice (close to the highway) for us because we travelled thru.

The room was above a bar with loud music ´til midnight. In our room we could hear the people loud and clear in the room next to ours and in the hallway. We found the staff not that friendly.

The room was clean, and that's about it.

Let's start with the beginning, before our arrival we got a message that there will be a small party until midnight so It might be a little bit noisy UNTIL MIDNIGHT. The party lasted until 4am and we were just sleeping there as our drive stop because our final destination was Croatia. A bit of a withholding of information, don't you think? When we arrived there we told at the reception that we would like to eat breakfast at 8am before we leave for a trip. When we woke up after that awful night we were told that there is no breakfast because some staff member overslept and we won't be served. And the final touch to that amazing stay was the fact that somebody from that lovely party hit our car and made dent in it. Highly not recommended.
