It was silent. There was a free Sauna. Breakfast was better than avarage

Beds were too soft

Hardly anything. The location wasn't bad, but other than that, everything else was very poor.

Everything: food, soundproofing, comfort, breakfast hours...

The location of the hotel, cleanliness in the rooms - good.

The food was unsatisfactory, in the evening we had a choice of a buffet for 25 euros per person or 1 plate from the buffet for 18 euros, we were not very hungry so we each took 1 plate. But the food was not even 18 euros - the beef roulades were poorly cooked, and the frikadels resembled dough in consistency and soy in flavor. I ordered a Hugo cocktail - it was a poisonously bright emerald color and tasted like sugar syrup, I refused to drink it. At breakfast there were not enough plates, the staff were all migrants and did not understand what the guests wanted from them. We are not fastidious about food, but here the food was just horribly unpalatable.

Their restaurant is perfect. You can get their special cuisine at about 16 euros. It is good and it is large as giant food. The pork tastes amazing! And I like the room it’s clean and comfortable! And nice beer of course ?

There are some flyers in the first floor but no big deal.

They gave us an apartment 15 km away fromThe hotel we booked in booking.com. Completely different town. Very isolated. Not facilities. Nowhere to go and get shopping. We booked a hotel with swimming pool and restaurant. They told us the location was stated but the pictures and the name was something else. We were not familiar with the area. We had not entertainment and the children couldn’t use the swimming pool due to the distance. Very poor customer service. They offer to change us the next day but a higher cost. Which is unfair due to the bad communication prior and the surprise when we got there to be in a different location

The room was very comfortable, with a balcony facing the forest. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. There was a large and extensive breakfast buffet and a lovely terrace.

No complaints!

The girls at the reception were super nice, also the cleaning ladies and the pool staff. We got a good sized bed with a modern bathroom and nice balcony (I think all rooms are the same - just balcony or terrace). The sauna area is really great and both the pools inside and out as well. Breakfast buffet was large with loads of selections. Every morning you'd get a flyer on your table telling you about the weather of the day, dinner specialities, events in town etc. Super informative. Billiard for free. Great parking right outside the door. Supermarket around the corner.

The staff in the restaurant was really slow and kind of ignorant. We waited ages for service, for our drinks, to order, for our food. Then we finally got the food but no cutlery so we had to wait longer for that while our food got cold on the table. Also in the evening people would move the tables around to sit together, but after the shift / before breakfast waiters would not put the tables back or clean them, so in the morning the guests had to start with moving around tables and wiping them off to be able to have breakfast outside. It is a shame for such a great hotel to have such a bad service in the otherwise nice restaurant.

Always a great place to return to. Nice comfy rooms, tasty breakfast, easy parking.

Amazing staff, really good breakfast and really nice internal swimming pool.

The room had a nice and clean size, but the beds were not quite comfortable, terrible pillows and the room was cold.

The hotel itself is a little outdated and there are no bath robes to walk down to the leisure center but these are just small things

I mostly liked the staff, they are wonderful people and always smiling. Very welcoming, make you feel at home
