- Staff very professional especially one hotel employee. He knowledge and recommendations of the hotel and areas around the hotel was very much helpful. Very smart hiring someone very articulate in English and professional.
- The service was amazing. The food in the restaurant was of a type you don't see much of in Panama...great salad bar but overpriced for Panama.
- The only thing i liked about this hotel was the hot water.
