- The attitude of the owners upon receiving valuable feedback over poor internet connectivity shows they clearly took that feedback to heart and I was called names by both owners: the first time when I went to complain (hours after trying to resolve the connectivity issue myself: moving my computer around the room, asking housecleaning staff if they had connection -- they didn't) and while I was having breakfast the next morning when the husband approached me and introduced himself as "chief". Not one apology. Only deflection and excuses: "We are a family hotel", "No one else reported problems". The "chief's" idea of fixing the problem is still unknown as no one came to my room to check the internet service on my devices. No apology was surrendered, that, as a student, I could not submit my work on time or meet with my professors (despite my explaining this). Zero care. No regard.
