Pros +
- Hospitality, location, clean
- Good location, but...
- Coming across this place as the first of its kind which would be suitable for disabled friendly. I would definitely count on it to bring elderly people on a trip to Swiss and host them here to be comfortable and to show them the best of Switzerland. We spent the NYE here, spending a quite time, enjoying a few fireworks from the neighbor hood and relishing the time walking around to explore a bit of the town. Also relished a view of the crystal clear sky and the stars, beautiful.Great views, very friendly staff, she gave us good insights about the local food and some places to go explore around.Stein am Rhein and Rheinfalls are definitely a recommendation to go check around.
Cons -
- but you need to know that hotel have new wood floor with very very strong smell of wood and oils.I hope in 1-2 months after our visit (April 2024) will be fine but now is not possible to sleep there.
- The beds were hard and the place looks very sterile, like a care center or clinic. While the hotel has a restaurant, the dinner meals are a set a "canteen quality" (fish or vegetarian) and we were the only guests having dinner there so it felt like they had made an extra effort for us. If you would like to have a nice ambiance and meal with a view on the lake, better to go next door (100 meters) to the restaurant (zum Schiff)
- One of the more unusual places I've stayed in. It is specifically designed for people with disabilities, and if you are one, it will be great to be in a place which is so attuned to your needs. If you are not, the vibe is a bit strange and the room feels rather like a hospital (particularly the bed, which is a bit narrow for comfort).

Wonderful location just next to the lake. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The top rooms overlooking the lake have stunning views and the rooms overlooking the garden have big balconies. Most of the rooms are suitable for people with disabilities so they are very large, super practical and very well isolated for noise.

Good location near the lake. Friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast was good.

clean great location
no air conditioning, no mini fridgeway to hot on the top floora fan could have helped
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, and a very tasty breakfast, thank you!
Good hotel with very nice staffs and good location but not value for the money
Large family room, very clean! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, had everything you could wish for.
The only thing we missed was a small fridge in our room, otherwise it was perfectly equipped
Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast with gluten free options on request. Very nice and modern rooms. Friendly for disabled. With opportunities to securely store bikes overnight. Close to the lake with several restaurants around the corner.
Comparatively expensive.
A very nice hotel. A great place to spend your vacation in the Konstanz area.
