Complex Perpera

The location is great,many things to look around.The staff were welcoming and helpful.The cuisine was excellent at the restaurant and the breakfast was delicious!I recommend to visit,I know for sure you will love it and enjoy your stay!

Easy to find, there are free bikes and plenty of sightseeing spots around. The receptionists were both friendly and very helpful, one of them provided us with suggestions where to go with the bikes. The room was spacious and clean.

There was no sofa in the apartment but two double beds. It would have been nice to have a couch. The waiter in the restaurant at breakfast was not very polite. We were brought breakfast but the waiter did not even bother to ask if we wanted to have any coffee or drinks with it so I had to go to the bar and ask myself. The outside pool was not working at the end of September even though the weather was still nice and warm.

We’ve been here before - I like everything about this property. The location, the food and the facilities. The staff especially.

They never warn you if the SPA is switched off or out of service when you make a reservation. I would have given them 10 stars otherwise

Location is amazing! Green and quiet, great pool! Staff really friendly and let us use the pool after we checked in!

Breakfast could be a bit more versatile. The loungers outside are broken and worn out, could do with new ones. The game room- not everything is working but table tennis is great- perhaps new rackets! None of the bikes work either, shame as it is a nice addition to the resort.

Good facilities and friendly staff, very clean.

The resturant menu could do with some more child friendly dishes like pasta or pizza! The location is quite remote.

Clean rooms, modern furniture

1.First of all, I booked for an apartment for 5 persons. I received an apartment with 2 single beds joined together and one extensible sofa.2. Breakfast included was very - very poor. No coffee, no milk for kids, 3 slices of tomato, 2 small slice of cucumber, 2 small slice of feta cheese and some small dougnuts. No omelette, eggs or any protein source. Not even vater served, no juice no nothing.I asked for 2 cups of.milk and 2 coffees and I was charged some 17 leva extra for these.The night we stayed there was some birthday party that took until late evening and music was very loud, bass was shaking the floor. This isn't what you expect after 8 hours and 650km of driving. Staff doesn't speak English at all.Some 30cm of water from pool was evaporated, pool wasn't very clean....

Absolutely 10....wonderful location into the nature excellent modern brand new room very friendly and helpful staff.A real resort to calm down from the cities anxiety.... Wonderful spa with inside pool sauna and steam bath.oUtdoor pool and a gorgeous football court etc.Totally recommend it..

The staff is very kind friendly and helpfull but they must speak english at least one on each post..

Location was nice to the river

The alarm wake up at 7. From the mosque I presume. The toaster was broken. Chairs in bad condition. And electrical outlet missing in the kitchen. You had to put the water cooker on the floor!

Perpera is a nice place near Arda river in the Rodopa mountains. Outdoor and indoor pool, several villas and a hotel in a nice garden. Very good kitchen, friendly personnel, very clean and quiet place in the middle of a rural countryside.

Location. Complex territory. Restaurant is normal, menu is small, but prices are welcome?. Portions are good?. Free breakfast is good. Pools inside and outside.Free bikes for ride.Conditioning system in each room.

Apartment furniture(bathroom) need to be maintained! Sofa chair is broken. TV is not working good. WiFi signal is pooooor, you have to open the door for improvement.Swimming pool needs to be cleaned during the day. No shower close to the open pool.Salads in a restaurant need to look on the Internet how to do?

Apartment was really big. Location is nice. Staff was not helpful for what can be seen around the hotel. Food was really tasty and was not expensive.

You have to travel about 1 hour to see historical places. Traveling is slow as roads are tight.

Beautiful grounds, big room with porch, good wifi, full breakfast. For me at least, convenient location along Sultan's hiking trail, no other hotels in this area.

The apartment where we had been was spacious and was sufficient for four people and one little child. We had waited the food for more then an hour, but it was worth it in the end - delicious meals at the restaurant. An exception was the breakfast - too long waiting time for an ordinary breakfast.

The property wasn’t clean enough. There were spider webs on almost every corner. The floor was dirty, so we had to clean it ourselves before putting the baby down to crawl. The staff was kind, but a little bit distrait.

The nature that surrounded us was fascinating. The hotel's garden was lovely and the mountain view from our apartment was gorgeous.It wasn't crowded and we felt as home. Every little detail was carefully touched, so it can set the mood for the guests-from the staff's T-shirts to the tiny maseges in the packets of sugar for the coffee. We are fully satisfied and we dare to reccomenb hotel Perera to everybody.Greetings Maria, Plamena, Radostina and Veselin.

The complex is located on the banks of the Arda River just below many beautiful rock landmarks - rock arch and caves. The staff is friendly! The menu in the restaurant is poor but tasty.

Accommodation is in bungalows, where you can hear everything from the neighboring bungalows.

Location is amazing, the restaurant food was very good. Service and personel excellent. Houses are very nice, furniture is a bit old but that is also charming.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Too little food. Showers were cold, water heater not turned on, not high season yet.

They met our extra unusual demands. The room was spacious. The garden and the pools were nice.

The room was clean, but can be better.

The location is great, beautiful surroundings.

The restaurant was a disgrace - the staff was very slow, they messed up almost all our orders every single time. Better avoid it, so you don't spoil your good feeling.
