Cons -
- The room I had booked (with a panoramic view of the hills) was not ready when I arrived at 6 p.m. Instead, I was offered another, unsuitable room that in no way corresponded to the hotel pictures. The service was totally unreasonable that we were disappointed. So then a room with a view of the street, which was nice. The next day I woke up very sick, I kept throwing up and couldn't get up, so I wanted to book an extra night; also in another room. But I had to leave the room at 12, and I could barely walk. At least I was allowed to check out an hour later, at 12pm instead of 11am. When something like this happens to you, you wish you had friendlier support. I don't have good memories of the hotel and wouldn't recommend the hotel to a friend.

We have already stayed in Staffolo a number of times, but it was the second time in this hotel, we want to give it a second chance it's a beautiful building and spacious rooms. We did not use the SPA because it 's never talked about or given any little explanation.
The breakfast, it couldn't match any b&b we ever visited . Too expensive for what you get.Addition to response from the manager of the Hotel:It's a bit sad that you react this way to comments we give. Maybe you can learn from doing things better. We are not alone in the comments we give, you have received them quite a bit. But instead, you shoot in defense and make an advertising list of how good you are. Sorry for that missed opportunity.
