Pros +
- Perfect breakfast, nice personnel, great location, great for children
- The staff is very friendly and nice. We traveled with a baby, and they upgraded us in second night because we needed bigger bed. Bar and general location are very nice specially if you like to hike and relax in the nature. Prices in hotel are very fair. Boxes for bikes and skis are super convenient!
- Premium location, nice and comfortable apartment, great breakfast. Gym. Comfortable parking next to hotel.
Cons -
- There are some details of service in breakfast that can be improved (I think the least experienced staff was placed there) and the timing and choices for dinner can also be better. But all was fine with what the hotel offers.
- All fine.
- Food bar could be better. Missing food 30 min before closing dinner time. Bar was closing at 21:30

Location, very quiet, clean, friendly staff, bicycle locker rooms

Nice staff, great food, clean rooms.
Spacious bedroom and balcony, good location. The facilities are pleasant, and staff was nice. Buffet in the evening was good too.
Coffee, croissant not great. No fresh fruit juice. No kettle in the bedroom
Very clean hotel and nice hotel staff.
The food is not edible. We were hungry every single day. And also, food needs to be warm or hot and here was cold every dinner. Breakfast was good, but the dinner was very bad.
location a newly renovated rooms
- no possibility to dry wet clothes- bathroom needs more care (hair and dirt in the sink and shower)- staff taking care of guests, they were very nice when approached, but often hidden
Good location at the top of the mountain. Nicely renovated building and interior.
Breakfast was tasty but some options were gone soon and never replenished. On arrival, the room wasn't ready for an hour after the official check-in time.
Location, view, food
Great breakfast, unfortunately staff told us they will not provide more prosecco as they have one bottlle per day.
Unfortunately we met terrible staff there. Waiting 40 minutes to pay the bill for dinner? Hotel has 2 coffee machines for breakfast - they repaired them in the same, no hurry. I am happy that for another days we met different staff and there were no problem and everything was quickly resolved.
Bed was two singles instead of one double bed
