Novotel Constantine

Pros +

• Location is good. You can walk to the main bridge from the hotel, but to get to the tallest bridge in Constantine, you still need a car.
• The room looked fine overall, the location was good

Cons -

• Front desk staff was very rude. We booked 5 rooms for 9 people in our group and there was a misunderstanding about the number of people but it was resolved when the front desk guy called the manager who said he would give us the rooms with 2 single beds as requested. We then headed out for dinner and when we returned we found out that one of the rooms didn't have 2 single beds as they promised. We came to the front desk again to talk to the same guy but he said he could not help us resolved as it was late (10:30pm). After some protest, he finally gave us the key for another room with 2 separate beds. It's obviously they could have solved the problem easily but refused to do so for an unknown reason.
• Generally, the staff was friendly, but when we arrived and we did not find the proper car park entrance, the security didn't even bother to come and help with some directions. Electric kettle was missing from the room, at 11 pm when I wanted some hot water, there was no one to help
