Breakfast was under expectation, and staff at breakfast was rude

Ambiance, professionality of the staff and the location of the hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean and the property is very well-maintained. Breakfast was very good!

Bathrooms are slightly dated and certain facilities (such as hairdryer) need upgrading but this did not really bother us.

Perfect, smaller hotel for us, a couple without children, extremely quiet location, all (!) staff smiling from morning to late night, high level, professional communication, breakfast, delicious dinners, cold packs for the beach, beach towels and umbrella for rent, morning swim to the lighthouse, atmosphere, cleanliness, view from the room to the lighthouse on a tiny island (we have got perhaps the most discreet room :), my fellow traveler, ...

Since we successfully practiced a digital detox and preferred to devote ourselves to other activities, I will not rate the wifi.

Very quiet. Beach and nature very close. Excellent sun sets. Good restaurant. Parking. Lovely swimming pool. Good views of the sea from our room. We initially booked for only one night, then liked it so much that we booked another day at half-board.

That we had to leave.

I liked that it was located close to the coast where you could watch the sunset and go for a walk along the coast. There also had bikes to use and a restaurant that would even pack a day lunch for you. It is not located in a town but that is what I wanted and it was a few minutes drive to Calasetta.

A lovely quiet hotel in a splendid setting in an out of the way part of the island. It’s a minute walk to Spiagga Grande, a family beach. Excellent food and staff. The pool looks great, we didn't get to use it. You need your own transport to get to and from the hotel

Bed in second room not very comfortable. (Too hard). We were here for a sailing regatta in Calasetta. Would be a bit of a remote location otherwise!

The hotel offers great value for money, with big rooms, comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The pool is quite nice and there is also a tennis court. The stay was very pleasant! Of course for this location a car is necessary (but that is usually the case on Sardegna/Sant’Antioco). I would definitely recommend this hotel for people looking to visit this region!

The AC is a bit out of date as it was quite noisy and didn’t work too well.

The rooms were outdated

they have charged us 2 extra breakfasts eventough we had booked high cathegory double rooms (!) I checked the prices on booking again for double room which same price if you stay amone or 2 ! sich service is not worth anything. awful !

in in the middle of nowhere- it was quite and nothing around

unfriendly service. extra costs for evening, 3€for a pool towel, 5€ for a orange juice, 6€ for a Omelett. housekeeping was pissed and mad face when we ask for 5 min to left the room (before the cdaily cleaning)

The bed was comfortable.The breakfast was good.Staff were friendly enough.

The room looks very dated, as if from the 70s.The floor in the bedroom was dirty.The paint around the swimming pool appeared mouldy and peeling.The location is far out and no real points of interest unless you drive 15 minutes.There was weak air conditioning, so felt hot at night.

The location was superb, as were the staff and food.

The buildings and rooms need a bit of refurbishment

The property is remotely located, everywhere you go required a car. The pool was good and the breakfast was ok considering that it was all buffet.

First thing we arrived we were given a room down in the basement near the pool and charged in full for this. The room was absolutely horrible by all standards, unclear and spider webs hanging from the ceilings. The drainage from the shower did not work and the lighting was so bad that we barely had any sunlight in the room.We asked to be put in another room and only with a paid upgrade (paid in extra by us) we’re we upgraded. They would have kept us in the dirty and corner basement room for almost 10 euro less a night. Never again!

Pool is amazing but way too much chlorine. I only took a quick dip and could not see clearly for a few hours. The staff was amazing. They even offered ice cream late at night.

The rooms have no sound proofing. I heard the neighbors TV program until late at night and when they took a shower in the morning. Coffee in the room would have been nice.

An amazing find!We loved it here. The service, restaurant and facilities were fantastic.We played table tennis, took bikes for a beautiful coastal ride and swam in the lovely pool. The restaurant was simply outstanding. It was a real surprise.

The beds were too hard
