Cons -
- Lovely hotel, unfortunately it was unusually cold at 5 degrees outside and they refused to put the heating on in our room, we had to sleep in our clothes which was unacceptable when paying €260 per night. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was poor by anyone’s standards.
- We had a pump noise start running around 12am that woke us both up and lasted around 30 mins, we did tell the staff but didn’t really help
- the restaurant sitting area was a bit unclean with dead flies in the window.

Nice cosy rooms. Really good homecooked style dinners. Excellent pool area
the restaurant sitting area was a bit unclean with dead flies in the window.
The wellness (pool, sauna etc) were very nice. Also great games room for young and older kids. Great view from balcony.
Breakfast was not the typical South Tyrol Standard we’re used to. Selection was good but tinned fruits, bought cakes and often had to wait for trays to be replaced. Missed the traditional South Tyrol cuisine. Otherwise evening menus were good and varied.
