Hotel Jernbanegade

Staff were both super welcoming, the room has been well looked after, and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection despite it being the middle of the week in a slower season so few guests. I didn't spend time in the lounge, but appreciate it was there and it looked like a great space to hang out in, I was just too tired and got some extra sleep. The property itself is really pretty too. I had a lovely view of a creek out my window. Parking had good signage and was really easy to find.

Food options for dinner (offsite) were okay, but somewhat limited.

All was good.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out public transportation, and frequently checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is right next to a train station and bus stop, so getting around is easy. The facility is clean and well maintained.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and in a quiet location, the staff made me feel very welcome and were very friendly. The breakfast was also well presented with lots of choice. I arrived very late and let myself in via their key safe, the process was very simple and parking was easy.

We stayed at the Hotel Jernbanegade for 2 nights. I have only good things to say about the hotel. The hosts were amazing and friendly. The hotel has a big lounge area with a pool table for unwinding and relaxing. Also in the morning we enjoyed a hearty breakfast with options to cater to everyone.

The owner couple were very welcoming and friendly. You felt they run the business with their hearts. Thank you for the welcome drinks.

Kjeld and Pernille are the most thoughtful and welcoming hosts, offering cool drinks on arrival and a relaxing way to wind down in the beautiful lounge area, to bottles of cold water for the onward journey back home. Our room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and despite the fact that the hotel next door had a party going on, you could barely hear any noise, so we slept well. There was a good selection for breakfast, and some of the most delicious bread rolls I've tried. We would definitely come back here to stay, and use the hotel as a base to explore the local area. Great and intimate hotel. incredibly friendly and helpful people. Room very clean, breakfast was very tasty and 24 hour access to coffee machine. I would highly recommend and will be going back in the future.

Good room, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Free drink each night.

Breakfast was very good. Since we arrived by car, there was a free parking lot next to the other entrance to the hotel, so it was easy and convenient to get to our rooms.I especially want to highlight as an additional bonus that the hosts offered a free welcome drink, which is very pleasant after a long journey.There is a separate lounge for guests. The owners are very kind.The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very well equipped.It was also easy to find the hotel by car.

Hygiëne of the rooms, dated. Musty, smells like mold. No air conditioning. Beds where really bouncy. Felt like a 100€ Ikea bed matras. Dead flies under my bed. The shower doors didn’t stop any water, needed 2 towels to wipe up the water after taking a shower. Definitely not worth the money or the 3 stars. We were a little early checking in and all the doors were locked openend at 1500.
