Very good breakfast,

The sauna closing time was very early in the evening,The swimming pool jet water did not operate.

The hotel is nice, but a little bit below my expectation. The pictures are nicer than the reality, but I would recommend this hotel. The hotel personnel was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, the pool even though is small it is very nice, the food was ok. I was just maybe expecting a little bit more from 5 start hotel, but considering that the town is small and compared with the other hotels in the area, this hotel was actually very good.

I did not like the variety of food for breakfast. It had too few options for a 5 start hotel and there were the same options every day. So for people staying there for a week, that can be a problem in my opinion. Also I have had lunch once in their restaurant and it was quite expensive.

Staff at the spa were friendly and helpful

Service outside at the coffee / ice cream was none. I had to go inside to order, and staff was not happy despite having a sign indicating sitting place outside was open.

Spacious and comfortable. Nice swimming pool, indoor wellness with massages and rehab programs. Good breakfast

Parking options. Hotel parking of 400,CZK /per day seems too much to me. Alternative 1km away for 150CZK/per day.

got a room at 6:e floor with a not working air condition. it was a hot day. ask to turn it on but the staff said NO.

Silent, most of the time, early check-in, friendly staff

I selected this hotel in the hope, that a 5-star hotel would have a efficient air conditioning. This is not the case at 32°C, they reduce they AC, that it practically did not effect the room temperature, to safe money. This is impossible for a 5-star hotel, I did experience many 3-star hotels that offer their AC with full costs

The room was amazing. High ceilings, bright and airy, comfy big bed. The staff was very friendly and ready to help.The hotel itself was also really pretty.Breakfast buffet was great!

It wasn‘t my favorite that the spa was down in the basement without any daylight really, made it quite dark.Also the dinner buffet was okay.

Stayed for christmas. It was so peaceful and comfortable. Loved the spa. Food was great!

Restuarant was a bit disorganised but it was christmas so presumably there were staffing difficulties

Clean, tidy, calm. Very nice design. Sauna and swimming pool available.

Amazing location and great spa

The restaurant wasn't well organised, but regardless our stay was very much enjoyable

The room was well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. A Nespresso coffee machine, complete with genuine Nespresso capsules, added a touch of luxury. Additionally, some staff members truly stood out with their attentiveness and willingness to assist, elevating the overall experience.

The dinner buffet was truly a culinary adventure—for those on an exclusive chicken diet. The main course options were refreshingly simple: chicken or, if you preferred, chicken. As for dessert, the selection was equally modest, featuring two kinds of bread dusted with powdered sugar.As for the small wellness area, the swimming pool seemed to embody the spirit of “wellness” by shutting down 40 minutes early, plunging the space into dim lighting, leaving doors and windows open for a brisk draft, and serenading guests with the sound of cleaning equipment. Breakfast followed suit—15 minutes before closing time, food disappeared from the buffet right in front of you trying to put it in your plate and floors were being cleaned, as if the staff were eager to remind you of their priorities.

Great location, very attentive staff, good value for a winter break. Comfortable bed and very effective curtains. Interesting town with plenty of green spaces and interesting buildings. Lots of running routes.

Maybe the pool was a degree or two cooler than ideal but no big deal

The food was great. From Salad to Soup und main Dishes. The Spa was cozy, just as pictured.

The Desserts could use some more variety.I personally found the lounge beds too low to ground and would have liked the complete Spa area to be Textil free so that Swimming naked after a Sauna visit was possible (of course after showering).

Wonderful and comfortable room. Great breakfast. I enjoyed the beautiful saunas every afternoon.

The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. Everyone who worked at the establishment was friendly and accommodating, including Guest Relations. The room was decent sized and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. The Molton Brown soap and lotion was a nice touch.

The wellness and sauna area was fairly small considering the capacity of the hotel.

love the Spa and exceptionaly helpfull and friendly personal..That the pool was out of action and though we booked early knobody bother to inform us . There was some talk using another Hotel facilities,but for extra payment. Really??

A large charming spa hotel in a beautiful park setting with excellent and friendly service.Slightly expensive but all in all reasonable price, excellent breakfast and good quality restaurant. Perfect beds. Well equipped and clean room.Despite the reception staff's limited language skills, they were still friendly and very helpful.
