Kind staff,perfect location and very clean!!!

Great location, very nice owners/staff, close to very nice cafes/bars/restaurants. Hearing only wave sounds during day and night was great. Easy parking nearby.

The only improvement would be having double bed instead of merging 2 single beds.

The room is spacious and clean, the furnishing is comfortable and modern, and the staff is responsive and friendly. Moreover, the location and the view are wonderful!

This is a family run little hotel - fantastic location and very clean. It is fairly basic but that is part of its charm. Loved everything about our stay there

Balconies overlook the sea. You are right there. Plenty of hot water in shower and excellent pressure. Close to restaurants, supermarket, coffee, shopping and kiosk. Nice beach area in front of hotel but no loungers, at least not late season. We found a flat slab in front of our room we could put beach towels down and use as a back rest. Friendly staff, very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Our first time to Skala Eressou and we will stay here again when on Lesvos.

Best location in Skala Eressos and lovely owners. Very friendly, relaxed, and clean. Lots of nice little touches which are forgotten in so many hotels (hooks! lots of hooks to hang things up! I don't know why this is so rare). There is a small terrace at the front of the hotel where you can sit and enjoy the views which is great if you're not staying in one of the seafront rooms. I would definitely come back. Wi-fi worked fine once connected to the booster. The cafe next door does amazing brunch.

Light sleepers might want to pick a hotel at the back of town and away from the roads due to occasional motorbike and bar noise. Obviously not a problem if you intend to be out late at night!

Wonderful small hotel, only one in the area right on the water.

This is a lovely guest house with impeccable views of the ocean. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is on the main street of Skala Eressou, right next to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would love to come back.

Beautiful room, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this great hotel.

Fabulous views, very clean room, bathroom has a shower cubicle, good power on shower, fridge & kettle. cups, bowls, cutlery. Decent sockets for chargers etc.

So close to the sea! A gorgeous balcony. Room and bathroom seem freshly renovated. Well equipped. Kind and caring family run establishment.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this small, traditional sea-side hotel. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Our first floor room had everything we required: fridge, kettle, air-con, shower-room and comfortable beds. Linen was changed on our second day. Breakfast is available on request at an additional charge of €10pp.There was a good selection of shops, cafés, bars, tavernas and an excellent bakery within walking distance. The beach is below the hotel and the sea is very clear. I recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area.

Difficult to use the open shower without soaking the whole bathroom. Shortage of hot water at certain times. The hotel has street parking but the access roads are very narrow. The balcony has little privacy.

What a gem! Great location at the end of the promenade. Simple but really nice quality. So friendly and helpful. Super!

There was nothing to complain about.

This small hotel has about eight rooms max and guests tend to be older and therefore quieter at night. I took no meals there but the hotel is very close to cafés, bars and tavernas...and has a lovely section of beach right at its door.

I have no complaints.

Very friendly and helpful family who run this hotel. If you have a problem, they help to sort it out. Lots of plug sockets, wifi (they put a booster in my room so it was ace). Son speaks good English. View straight onto the sea. Kettle and fridge so I could make as much tea as I wanted. Impeccably clean. Great shower, hot water and powerful.

Excellent location and cleanliness. Clean towels, kettle, hairdryer. Loved there is also mosquito nets on the doors ?. Good hosts.

Nearby bars seem to have got louder since I last stayed.
