The view from the room was amazing during sunset. The sea is a bit walk from the room and it is beautiful. Sandy and not very deep. Shower and bar available at the beach:

The food was not like delicious traditional Greek food. It is geared twds European tourists obviously. We had delicious seafood in the nearby village Skala Erousu.

Excellent beach facilities (including great beach bar and incredibly clean beach toilet) nice hotel grounds and very nice staff! Very good breakfast and dinner and perfect location with beautiful beach!

The rooms/bathrooms are low quality material and extremely dated! Needs a huge renovation. At check in they gave us the wrong room (not the size we booked but a smaller one) and we would have stayed there if I had not pursued it with reception. After 1 hour of waiting (no reason why?), the problem was somewhat resolved. Their outdated policy of taking beach towel deposits is also not good. It has long been scrapped in resorts. They somehow do not send enough food to the beach bar. They would sell so much more if they did!

The room was perfect. Minimal, exactly what you need to recharge your batteries. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices.

The grounds were well kept, staff was friendly. Good place for a family vacation. Really good and tasty food selection.

Water sports should be more accessible to non- Mark Warner guests as well. All activities were booked in advance to Mark Warner guests

Breakfast was absolutely superb.

Bit of a walk to skala - especially at night. a little shuttle bus back and to would be amazing.

Our room was in serious need of a renovation - fridge and aircon not working well. Bath old (and installed back to front by the way). Bathroom flooded up through floor when we emptied the bath. Was attended to quickly and effectively however. Overall, not up to standard for the price and type of venue. Expected better. Probably not best suited to individual travellers (couldn’t organise an early taxi for us). Geared for package groups perhaps.

The pool was clean, big and well kept. It could be open a bit longer but overall it was one of the best hotel pool I swam into

The property was spacious, the bed comfortable. Plenty of towels. The bathroom was a little dated but everything was functioning. The big fridge was a nice surprise and the terrace and drying facilities were a much needed add on

I did not like the fact that their pool is too deep. Not beginner swimmer friendly.

We were 5 couples and first of all, one of us' booking was not shown on hotel's system. That was their fault but they gave us an option to choose another hotel nearby. After 1 hour, they gave a room to them and solved the problem quickly. This was impressive. The wifi was perfect. You can connect everywhere in hotel including beach where was 50-60 metres far from hotel. The beach and bar was great. Sea was perfect. It was clean and cold enough. There was no rock or little stone. All sand. I liked open buffet in breakfast. Good enough to eat. Pool was big enough but most of its visitor was kids. Rooms are clean and big. I like the size of bathroom. There was no problem about rooms.I really liked it and hope to visit again.

It was enjoyable. The waiters and staff were smiling, polite and helpful. It was great that the pool and the sea were in the same facility.

We booked a room with a sea view and half board, but the room we booked was not the same as the one that came. They gave us a room on the ground floor with a pool view. I purposely booked the sea view room, and even though I questioned whether it was true, they never admitted their mistakes. They said that only breakfast was included in your room, but I had chosen half board and paid for it. We had a long conversation at the reception. They said there was a mistake in their system and said they fixed it, but when we went down to dinner, the waiter came to our table twice and asked if we should charge the meal to your room or if we were going to pay now. We insisted that double check and told us that we booked half board, and they finally realized their mistake.

Everything was very good, more like a holiday resort than a hotel. Wide range of facilities, nice open buffet breakfast. Staff is very friendly and professional. The sea is clean and beautiful. Beach bar is very good.Skala Erosou is a beautiful town

Nothing to say. Maybe, no food on the beach bar but pool bar is 2 min.away, so not a big problemSkala Erosou is 1.5 hour from the center

Staff were so nice and helpful. Beautiful resort and good food and atmosphere. Great swimming pooland tennis.

Long way to room in hills, stairs are not marked enough to feel safe.

Big clean friendly. Lovely big pool that never felt overcrowded. Lots of smiles from staff. Breakfast should serve omelettes up to 10.30am, not 10am. 10.30 is breakfast time.

Unlit walk part way to village.

Although the hotel is a little bit far to the port, location and the sea was very good. Staff was helpful. The beach bar and the pool bar was half price at happy hours and was very entertaining at those moments.

Room cleaning must be more careful to the hygiene.

Very good location, very clean, comfortable, very friendly and always helpful staff, very good breakfast, dinners are also good, very good value for money. Thank you for all.

Breakfast and breakfast staff could be more efficient

Beautiful property highly suited for families walking distance from the beautiful village of Skala Eresou. Our room was large and clean and very comfortable and new. The beach set up is wonderful on a nice stretch of the beach and our kids loved the pool. The bartender at the beach was amazing and served great mojitos and the happy hour deal was a steal. We loved walking into town to enjoy the amazing tavernas where we would eat, drink and swim. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Even the cleaning lady was a joy to interact with.

Only critique is that unless you ordered fro the bartenders it took a while to get the attention of the serves at the pool bar but they are working all day and taking care of a lot of guests.

The bed and the pillows were extremly uncomfortable. The staff is not helpful.
