Everything. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location.

Very clean, comfy room and beds. Breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very closeby beach but it is not sandy.

Property is way better than it looks in photos, walking distance to different beaches, restaurants and adventure tours…

Consider the hotel is at least 2 hours from each airport

It was very central, close to the beach, port, bus terminus,shops and restaurants. Our room was exceptionally clean with a lovely balcony. Huge bed that was very comfy. Lovely staff who were very helpful and spoke English, Buffet breakfast exceptional and good value

Clean, quiet, great location, friendly staff, very helpful , speak English , have a lift from basement carpark up to all levels, they have off street car parking and also a free public car park approx 40 metres away.Short walk to Marina.Very handy if planning on doing a boat tour.Cheap breakfast option if you interested.Great place to stay.

Rooms were very clean, recently refurbished, spacious and modern. The staff were very helpful. And the location was excellent.

Lobby and reception area is a bit dated, however, we had no other complaints.

New bathroom amenities and clean living spaces.

The breakfast isn’t worth 10 euros a person and the parking situation is a nightmare in the garage.

Hotel have evening you would need for perfect stay. Bathroom has huge shower place and bided. that is a huge plus. our room had an Air Condition and free to use safe.

The property is in perfect location - seems to have been recently renovated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with whatever you need. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

The hotel was almost ****. The room was pretty nice with a perfect ac. We've been really happy about this stay. Best house so far in Sardegna.

Lots of lactose free options (on demand) at breakfast as well as a variety of sweet and savoury treats. We also had a nice private terrace and the parking spot was great. We also liked the restaurant recommendations!

It says on booking.com that the hotel has a private beach, which is incorrect information. It was actually one of the reasons we picked it... Luckily the central beach in Santa Maria Navaresse is very nice so we still had a good time.

The hotel was super clean, well located and our room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our only issue was that wifi was difficult to access and did not work for us throughout our stay. We did not ask staff about this as it wasn’t really a priority though, so I’m sure they would have helped had we approached them.

Sitting on the terras in front of the hotel not really a pleasure...Plastic furniture not really inviting

very nice hotel. Everything was clean and we had also a small terasse to dry our beachtowels and to sit outside. Breakfast was exceptionally good. everything was available and the personal was always making sure that everything got refilled. The garage was a bit tiny though so you better watch out for a various parking space down the road.

The staff at Hotel Nicoletta was there for anything we needed whether it be suggestions on things to do or helping make reservations for dinner. You also could not ask for a better location if you are visiting Santa Maria Navarrese. Plus the breakfast was one of the best we have had on our trips throughout Europe. I would recommend this to anyone and will most definitely be staying here again when we come back.

We stayed two nights at Nicoletta which had obviously undergone a recent renovation because everything about the hotel looked brand new. The staff were friendly, spoke English and were very efficient. The hotel is situated in the centre of restaurants and bars and is a few minutes walk to the marina from where the many of the boat tours depart from. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach or boat harbour with lots of restaurants within easy reach. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The car park is a little tight if you have a large car.
