Nice buffet breakfast. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants near the beach. Playground for the grandkids on the property.

The pool was not heated - like other places I have stayed. Being its October, that was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was not good, though a wide range of different fruits, vegetables, cake, english breakfast was offered...but maybe it s better to offer less and more quality...sadly, cause the staff was very friendly, the appartements - especially for families - quite good and it is located not far from the next beach!

Breakfast was pretty boring, especially after 6 days. Could use more variety. Not a fan of the canned fruit. Floors were dirty in our room. No hot water late at night or early morning hours. A LOT of creaky doors in the dining room/ kitchen and to the deck. Oil this things already!

The resort was very quiet and relaxing at the beginning of May. However, this was due to the fact that there were many motorcyclists and no families with children. Highly recommended for the low season. The staff were super friendly and caring.

Getting instant coffee from the machine (at the breakfast buffet) at a resort in Italy is like getting tinned beer at a hotel bar in Germany ;-)

The staff were exceptional - friendly & very helpful. The hotel rooms were kept to a lovely temperature nice and cool, the shower was reasonably spacious and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool area was lovely, hotel setting was very attractive. Just down the road from the beach

The staff is not welcoming at all, you feel like you are bothering them, which you probably do, zero communication skills. You have to ask them everything, where is the beach, they don't tell you where the restaurant is, don't tell you when it opens when it closes, they don't tell you the hours for breakfast either, nothing. There was a wedding when we arrived and they don't warn their customers prior that you will be paying full price for a quarter of the facilities the hotel has to offer, so no access to the restaurant, no access to the bar, no access to the pool, basically paying full price for a bed that wasn't comfortable.

Very close to the beach. The water was as crystal clear as I hoped. The hotel is very large but wasn’t busy in October. They had lots of staff cleaning. Breakfast was delicious.

It smelled a bit musty when we arrived but we aired it out a bit. There was a bit of mold on the bathroom walls.

limited facilities - think this was due to the time of year but it didn’t state that when we booked.

Close to the beach, indoors swimming pool is also a great option. Houses in premises are for a group stay.

To get a warm water in a shower you should wait for 10 minutes for water to run. The first few minutes it was also brown.
