Helpful staff,nice room and bathroom

Sadly no food at this hotel, you can have a small breakfast, 1 x toast , orange juice and a tea/ coffee for €4...which is the same as a hostel we stayed in. Perhaps it's my expectations but I thought a 3 star hotel would provide an evening meal of some sort.

Really comfortable and nice hotel. It felt safe and cosy. Supermarket round the corner, fridge provided, kind staff, very clean, and excellent quality for the price. The only very slight issue is that arriving on foot one has to cross a road without a pedestrian crossing (or at least I didn't find one), but it was all right because we are talking only about 15 metres in width and the cars weren't too frequent. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very basic

It's a basic breakfast, but just enough to be off on your travels if you've used it as a stop over. The village is a very short distance and can be walked in a few minutes. The only disadvantage is that the restaurants in the village are not open very regularly however the pub serves food and the landlord is very accommodating all the residents are also fine friendly people.

Not much that needs to be better here it's a friendly clean and value for money stop-over hotel. The young ladies who do the reception also speak English which helps if you've got anything complicated to explain. Carpark is also secure because they lock the gates at night so no worries on that count.

Clean hotel

Very uncomfortable beds, hardly slept! Room hot, but, too noisy to open the windows as it's next to the motorway. Breakfast was €3.50 for apparently, one slice of toast, one coffee and one juice. We were told! We didn't want breakfast so not a problem. Nowhere to get anything to eat at the hotel. There were bars in the town but, be aware they are closed on a Monday. Obviously, not the hotels fault though.

The location is excellent, right next to the main route down to Portugal with the most delightful small town of Simanca only a few minutes walk away with great restaurants

The only issue is that the beds are really hard ! We have stayed here 3 times and if it wasn’t for the location we would probably stay elsewhere .

No way of getting a meal or even a snack and all local restaurants closed on a Monday, breakfast was very basic

Rooms, parking and location

Clean and comfortable hotel. Limited but tasty breakfast, very helpful staff and convenient for a short walk into Simancas, as well as being super easy to access from the motorway.

Simancas is small and has few restaurants and bars, all of which are closed in the late afternoon and early evening, when travellers are likely to want them. Be aware of Spanish hours for eating as tourists are not really catered for. We ate well at Los Infantes, but only after 8.30.

It was very cold, I couldn't switch the heating on and there were no blankets so I couldn't sleep. The beds were hard for our taste.

The breakfast was nice and simple and very reasonably priced. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to reach and find from the highway late in the day and parking was simple and perfect.

Fridge in all rooms would be better. I booked two rooms but one had a fridge and the other did not. Also the water drainage from the bathroom sink in one room was slow.

Everything! Well appointed bedroom and en-suite. Modern, good decor and superbly clean. Secure parking too at this hotel which is situated very conveniently for connecting routes.

No need for any improvement

Very quiet although near motorway. Close to the town. Large, clean room and bathroom. Simple, inexpensive but adequate breakfast.

Beds rather firm for old bones
