Nice clean room with spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast! Friendly staff.

One side of the room is quite low so a bit difficult for taller people to get round to the bed. You hear a lot of traffic from your room. Also not many restaurants etc in the neighbourhood.

On the day I made the booking, the accommodation was confirmed. However, the following day I received a message that there is a problem with the room and the host offers reimbursment or another accommodation 10 min away. I accepted the offer as there was no time to look for something else but the place was a disaster: the place needed refurbishment (the bedroom smelled terribly, the view from the bedroom window was towards a storage room). In general this place looked like a cheep place for lorry drivers. So do not accept from them such offer.

The hotel La Cote d'Or in Plippeville, rating 6 7 in booking disastrous. Can get noisy in the weekends as they organise weddings.

They called on the day of checkin and told that my confirmed time of arrival is too late and asked to find another place. Payment isn’t refunded.

Position is very good, close to many spots and cities to visit.Brasserie de Silenrieux is within walking distance, and serve good food and local beers.Room was big and comfortable and clean. They're very welcoming with pets too.

No air conditioning and the room was too hot some days.Staff was not speaking english but we managed to understand each other without many issues.

The staff was kind, the place nicely located close to lakes and the room was well equipped and clean.

It is said in the description that there ia a garden/terrace but we were told after arrival that actually there is no possibility to use it. The price is too high for such a small room situated in such a small village.

Rooms under the roof can be a bit warm in summer. Nearby busy road.

Very lovely host who was very helpful, explained everything we needed. The location is good and has parking place right in front of the hotel. The price indicates it's a bit lower category but it's not about the cleaning, rather the age of the hotel.

Unfortunately the restaurant was not open (seasonal?) which we picked the hotel for so we can dine in house. The restaurant across the street is a good option.The bed has a week spring mattress which was not the best for the back and neck.

Nicely renovated building

THERE WAS A TECHNO FESTIVAL ON SATURDAY NIGHT BEFORE EASTER, 100 METER AWAY FROM THE HOTEL. NOTHING WAS SAID DURING THE BOOKING AND WE DID NOT SLEEP UNTIL 5AM. IT IS A SCANDAL AS WE WOULD NEVER EVER HAVE BOOKED, HAD WE KNOWN THIS.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE THAT THE OWNER CHOOSES NOT TO ANNOUNCE THIS DURING BOOKING AND KEEP THIS AWAY FROM GUESTS, ANOTHER PARTY ALSO WAS NOT TOLD ANYTHING. Cannot be a surprise, turns out this festival had it’s 11th edition.I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Friendly staff, cozy rooms, great breakfast, excellent value for money.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was abundant with possibility to make take-away sandwiches. The facility is well located for touring Eau d'Heure lakes.

The room did not have sufficient space. Bathroom had vintage style missing hangers for towels. Outdoor garden was not available.

It was mentioned on booking.com that room size is 32m2. It was like half of it!!I was promised garden view but got street with traffic noise..Very warm. Sunny day with max 24C was unbearable in the room. I could sleep only around midnight when enough fresh air could come in via window.

Excellent place to stay to roam in the area, especially the water sports on the lake of l'Eau de l'Eure.Fantastic and very generous breakfast.

All was fine

The hotel was in an excellent location, easy to find, and with free parking. We opted to have dinner in the hotel room (at extra cost) and it was delicious. The room had a dining table that was fit for two; this made our breakfast and dinners comfortable in this covid times. The bathroom was spacious and they provided a generous amount of towels.

You can hear the alarm from the other room go off, or the noise of other guests in the morning. If you're not a light sleeper, then you'll be fine.

The restaurant wasn’t open and the location is in the middle of nowhere should be informed if it doesn’t have facilities open
