ADLER Sicilia

We loved the quietness of the place. We needed that. We liked the food and the spa facilities, including the heated pools. Personnel was great across the whole structure and functions.Awesomely built restaurant area, classy and relaxing.I liked the fact that there was an area designated for kids entertainment.

I didn't like the toilet area of the room, too little, too dark. I didn't like the fact that to go down to the beach there was no arranged transportation, even ebikes for that purpose would have been a good idea, but some golf cart would have helped too.I would have appreciated if the outdoor space of the room was somewhat more private, allowing maybe sunbathing without swimsuits.I didn't like the fact that the area designated for kids entertainment was closed so I am not sure i can take my kids in the next visit, which would ruin my relaxation anyway.

The most gorgeous property. The views are amazing from every vantage point. Absolutely stunning. The staff is fantastic and the spa was lovely. I would definitely seek out other Adlers to stay at.

The bed is too firm. They did provide toppers which made it more comfortable but, for such a high quality resort, I expected much better mattresses. This could be my North American sensibility. Perhaps most of their customers prefer firmer mattresses. I also think that the food was good but not great. A few things were very good but, on average, it was okay.

Incredible facilities and grounds, a great Sicilian retreat from the cities and towns. Staff and food were wonderful! Wish I could have stayed here longer! Thank you to everyone at Adler for making our stay special.

Fabulous design and architectural sympathy with surroundings. Always felt peaceful even though occupancy was high. Beautiful photos at every turn.

Excellent Resort, very new and beautifully designed and situated lovely elevated above of the coast line. Facilities are top notch, as is the cuisine.

Breakfast service is very slow and you have to remind staff of your order several times, sometimes we didn‘t get our order at all (even after multiple times of asking).

All was outstanding: the landscape, the stuff, the room, the food, all the details of the outdoor spaces and the activities. It is a perfect place to relax and disconnect from your usual program.

Everything!!! Great comfortable rooms, quiet surroundings and excellent facilities. The pools are great. Beach was fantastic though it was a walk or golf cart to beach. Excellent food!

Food choice at the buffet, although standards anyway on high level.

The facilities and activities that were on offer during our 6 day stay were incredible! You were never short of things to do! The beach set up was impressive as was the outdoor heated pool. The breakfast and dinner was world class and great quality ingredients. The room was large and we had an breathtaking view of the ocean every morning, the hotel is less than 2 years old and you can tell by the impeccable condition of the rooms. We signed up to a bike tour and wine tasting and we loved both - professional friendly and accommodating to non Italian or German speakers

Overall the staff were great, they were friendly, happy to help with any ask and were incredibly patient with less polite guests. I would say however there were 1-2 staff members who might be less experienced (wrong food items orders, less enthusiastic in service) and would benefit in shadowing some of the more experienced staff. Sylvia was lovely!!!!! The hotel isn’t close by to a town so if you are staying here you will need a car or you can rent one from the hotel.

Everything… word class.

No bar/food/drink service at pool/beach. Ordering drinks, snacks, food takes time and effort. I would setup a real bar closer to the pool area which would become an instant money maker for the resort!

This resort is phenomenal! We had previously stayed at the Tuscan Adler and the original Adler in the Dolomites in Ortesei. We only decided to visit Sicily for the first time because we knew our experience would be exceptional at this resort. Simply wonderful.

This is a great place to spend some time. Beautiful view, big suites, lots of activities from which you can choose, great spa. The breakfast is amazing! Lots of choice, eggs prepared on site according your wishes, the same with crepes. Great choice at dinner, very good food! Friendly and helpful staff Garage for the car
