Very good location, interesting design, possibility to drink tea, coffee, jusies, soft drinks any time without limit
We had some billing issues as the language skills of the hotel staff were not brilliant on checkout but he tried his best.
The whole place is a little tired, the rooms were clean but need a refresh.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the location near to the airport was very convenient.
The toilet seat was unattached. And the food could have been a little bit better.
location and staff always super helpful and smileyroom clean and has a kettle. Also love that there are free soft drinks and tea and coffee all the time.every single member of staff that we met was helpful and welcoming.
centrally located, large free parking area
Unfortunately, after showering there was a lot of water running through the bathroom. The door of the shower box doesn‘t fit. After complaining that that shouldn‘t happen in a hotel for 105 € per night without breakfast, the reception offered a breakfast or drink for free. The staff showed that it would be easy to remove the rubber sealing of the door, afterwards I could kneel down and push the door at the lowest point into the frame! ???was said a hotel manager will call me later that day - it never happenedWifii access via Facebook
