Accommodation is quite out to date, no clear signs within the hotel which makes the roientation within quite difficult, SPA not included in the price (would be ok if clearly indicated in the reservation), staff at the reception not particularly nice and helpful, restaurant - food was rather/below average plus tuna was well done and we returned the the sauce

Loved the hotel it was more like a resort hotel. It was in a beautiful part of CZ. We went by train from Prague and there was a shuttle bus to and from train station which we took advantage of because of the heat The Infinit wellness area was fantastic with a lovely pool and lots of varying saunas.Staff were lovely and friendly ???

Great breakfast and the spa was exceptional. Helpful having the shuttle to get to and from the station and in to town to be able to do some walks

Our room was big and very comfortable. The food is good (breakfast and dinner). Staff nice and helpful.

Wellness is not included in the price - it's rather expensive and the system unnecessarily complicated. It's a paradise for someone who loves sauna, but other than that there is one outside whirpool and that's it - no bigger pool to swim in, not enough space to lie down inside. The massages are booked out weeks in advance and other services such as cosmetics, pedicure and co. are not provided. Food and drinks in the wellnes-bar were very good though.

Spa is really good - large outside facility . No children and people relaxed about nakedness. Spa ceremonies new to me but really enjoyable. Rooms are big. Parking generally easy

Breakfast - not the best , survivable other than hair in food due to nature of open buffet. Skipped resturant in general as reviews not great.

In general hotel looks nice, clean and modern. The restaurant also looks good.

We booked the last available room - honeymoon suite, which was very nice and big, but nothing related to honeymoon actually. The price for the room per night was about 9500 cz koruns, and surprisingly The Spa was not included. Another thing about Spa - there were a lot of people, it was overcrowded. The breakfast was normal, nothing special you will find there. It was long waiting time at the reception, it was very slow everything, and i cant say that there were too many people to be registered.Also i expected more from location, but the hotel was surrounded by cars, except spa territory.Minibar didnt have a big choice of drinks.

The building and spacious room, comfort and wellness area. The restaurant food is amazing.

A place to feel good. Wellness area is worth it. If you have a special request expect it to be fulfilled. Beautiful building and nice rooms in a really good state.

Service in the restaurant did not want to set the table even on request. But this was actually one person. All other employees did a great job.

There was very sympatic staff at dinner in past, but they have exchanged by people, who are not at such top level. Also prices for dinner food was really on the edge between acceptable and overpriced

there were constructions on the site, obstructing the view and being a bit noisyalso, the procedure to join the spa was kind of "general", no advantages for the hotel customers

We stayed for an overnight while travelling by car. Good free parking and good breakfast. Good value for money.

A bit remote location (but OK for overnight stays). Quite surprised to be personally asked by a member of staff to leave the room at 11:05, 5 minutes after check-out time, when the hotel seemed to be almost completely empty.

Friendly staff. room was standard size, however it felt a bit small. Lovely big bathroom. Beds and pillows comfortable. We enjoyed the sauna experience. Good food at the restaurant.

We were traveling with dog, so we made a note about it during reservation. In a room we found dog bowls and a blanket her her. Super nice, never met this approach before. Wellness at the hotel is also great!
