Poor quality linens/towels. Cheap squeeze bottle combination shampoo/body soap. Very small shower.

The walls between rooms seem to be paper thin as I could hear everything that was going on in the room next door and the hallway. If there was a door inside my room that would separate the bedroom from the entrance to my room then it would be fine I am guessing. Also, since there is no AC I had to keep the windows and balcony door open, but then I had mosquitos in the room the entire night. Mosquito screens would really go a long way.

The Wellness Area was very cosy, you don't hear any traffic and the food was great as well.

The Indoor Pool was to cold for kids what made it a little bit different to play in the water properly. But we enjoyed our stay and will come back!

There was a strange recommendation at the dinner. We ate an la carte dinner and the lady told us to choose soup and salat from the buffet not from the menu. We chose and ate very small cup (like you find at a buffet diner) of soup and a smaller salad and paid the price for an a la carte soup and salad.

Nice location, beautiful surroundings, village in walking distance, close to Graz and mountain trails. Helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Delicious and plenty breakfast.Even better than expected.

Rating could have been 9 or even 10 but we have 2 things to mention:1. No fridge in the room but the space is there in the wardrobe. Could have been handy since we arrived with a baby.2. We had half board with buffet style for soups and desert. However for the last evening it was not buffet and they also said that at lunchtime they had run out of desert and also some of the soup options. The reason for the missing buffet was that “you are the only one on half board”.Not acceptable.

Decent family-run place in the rolling hills of Styria just outside Semriach. Neat and tidy rooms, quiet location, very friendly staff, excellent value for money.

Dining experience was unfortunately not entirely satisfactory. Staff - although friendly - very inattentive, it took 10 minutes to be seated and another 15 minutes to order. Schnitzel was good, but salads had to be taken from an almost empty buffet and had a lot of room for improvement.

Location wise is wonderful, top of the mountain, views over surrounding area, tons of horses wherever you look. Hotel as such consists of two buildings which might be a bit confusing for first arrival in the night. We had a very late arrival but the room has been waiting for us and the key was there.

Breakfast - it is typical Austrian breakfast - meat, cheese, yoghurts, breads, some veg, hardly any fruits and almost nothing non-diary. To our surprise our humble question in regards to possibility to prepare for our allergic kid pancakes with no milk/butter was denied with a comment that it is not possible to make. Well, it is first time we have been denied in last 5 years traveling across most of European countries. Pity.

Very nice facilities. Big rooms. Clean. Swimming pool, big sun deck, large garden, tennis courts. Good food! Simple but very good.

Nothing much. The lady that served the dinner was very busy and therefore not always very nice. It was warm and full house so she was running. We understand.

With the hotel being located in the mountains, the roads are very winding and at night can be difficult to navigate

Very nice breakfast and dinner. Very attentive staff bringing drinks and desserts quickly.Room was very spacious and clean.

A wonderful place to relax and recharge. Everything looks like new, spotless and beautiful. Very vegan friendly! The kitchen made vegan soup and desserts specially for me, that was super sweet of them.

The indoor pool was a bit too cold for my taste. Was good as a refreshment after the sauna.

Nice hotel in a mountain environment. Nice, clean rooms. Pleasant staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Excellent food in a restaurant where everyone can choose. Breakfast very rich. Parking in front of the hotel without any problems. I can recommend to everyone, I will definitely come back.

Location is perfect, highly recommended the hike to Kasselfall. Hotel is pretty old, but well maintained and comfortable to stay for 1 night. pool and sauna open till 9 p.m., but reception where you get robe and towels works till 8 p.m.
