- It was good value for money and the rooms were clean. Only stayed there one night as wanted to avoid the Saturday traffic.
- We didn’t use it but Hôtel has busy restaurant and bar, short walk to grocery store and coffee shop. Spacious room and friendly staff. Able to park the car on site but only 4 spaces.
Cons -
- The place was just a bit tired looking, in need of some refurbishment, which was disappointing for the price. The restaurant was not open on the night that we stayed because the chef was “ill”. This was one of the reasons we chose to stop there so again disappointing.Check in time was quite late.
- Quite expensive for what is a basic hotel.
- The room was small it had no air conditioning and my husband couldn't stand up in the bathroom, but the most disappointing was in the restaurant which wasn't cheap, at 20:00 we finished dinner and were just finishing our bottle of wine when the lights were turned off, the doors locked and we were left to finish our wine in the dark which was very rude and disappointing as they knew we hadn't finished and we still had wine to drink.

Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was lovely and the evening meal was good. The Ladies were friendly and they accepted our little dog everywhere even in the restaurant.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and made an effort to ensure we were comfortable and settled in. Breakfast was nice, room was small but clean and cosy.
Virtually no soundproofing between rooms/floors - could hear just about everything going on in other rooms - this definitely impacted our sleep quality.
Simple but very good French breakfast with delicious baguette.Yummy cooking and in particular the Merlu/chorizo/risotto and do not miss the tiramisuOutstanding care from Sandrine the Basque waitress !
