- There was nothing not to like. It's a brilliant campsite. We stayed on the beach side. If I had to find one thing, it would be the fact that our apartment was marked as no pets allowed but all around us every one had their dogs with them.
- very poorly stocked with cups, glassware, cutlery. EG - in total 4 glasses in the house and 4 plates - you get my drift. God help you if you want to have a glas of wine and a glass of water for dinner. Of course the 'no corkscrew' might help in that regard. Its annoying and an unnecessary imposition on what otherwise was a reasonable place to stay.
- Dear Sirs,I've already reported the problem to the front desk but I'll tell you directly:I checked in at the Belambra in Seignosse on August 16. The bedroom was very very dirty and the duvet that I should have put in the sheets was filled with holes with worms and larvae.I took pictures and put the duvet outside the apartment but my children did not want to sleep in this room.I looked for another hotel and the next morning I returned the keys to the front desk asking for reimbursement for my stay.I explained to them that the room did not meet the minimum hygienic conditions, that a duvet in this rotten state had to have remained in this room for several days or even months to be full of holes and worms,They told me that they couldn't do anything and that they were going to report my request for reimbursement to headquarters.I left my phone and my e-mail but I never heard from them.I went to the front desk every day until August 22, but each time a new employee told me he didn't know. I kindly ask you to consider my request for reimbursement. I also went to see the Cape Breton gendarmerie to check if I could file a complaint, they told me to go to the commercial court for this type of problem. I assure you that the condition of the room did not meet the minimum hygene standard.
