I encounter a problem.with noise, but soon was sorted

A nice hotel overall, with interesting design solutions, big terrace, parking and a decent restaurant.

My room didn't have AC (which was expected), but also ventilation was very poor, which made it very hot even during cool nights.Check-in instructions are not clear for non German speakers.

Clean, comfy room with amazing view

The personal was nice and helpful. Also, the breakfast was good.

The rooms are poorly equipped: there is no fridge, no teapot. Also, the pillows are quite old and used. Additionally, there is a lack of local light near the bad.

We made a booking an hour prior to us arriving to Graz, the staff was great in preparing a cot in our room, self check in was quick and easy, we had a spacious and quiet room

Unfortunately I ignored the reviews mentioning the quality of the mattresses.. lesson learnt for life! When you book a hotel room, supposedly you would like to sleep.. sadly it was not possible in a bed that had the worst mattress I’ve ever seen in my life. We could actually feel the springs sticking out from the soft mattress. Even more sadly, even the cot didn’t have any mattress in it (they folded an adult blanket in it as a mattress? I suppose that was the goal as they also provided toddler blanket above it). All in all, no family member got any sleep in these horrible beds, so despite the nice looking rooms, we wouldn’t return.

Disappointing and UnprofessionalOur stay at I Am Graz Hotel from December 27-30 was a complete nightmare. Shockingly, there was no staff present at the hotel during our entire stay. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a single coffee machine or vending machine to get water, let alone snacks or other essentials. The hotel is located in a very rural area with no shops nearby, making it impossible to find alternatives.The tipping point came on the evening of December 30, when the restaurant unexpectedly closed for holidays without any prior notice. This left us stranded with no way to get food while traveling with kids who were extremely hungry. Not being able to order food or find anything nearby was incredibly stressful and unacceptable.If you can’t afford to staff your hotel during the festive season, you should not accept bookings during those days. Turning what should have been a relaxing holiday into such an unpleasant experience is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here, especially during the holidays.

Good place but we can get a better hotel at a better place at this price.

The room did not look like 18sqmt, Secondly there was nothing except the towel in the room. No toiletries and that too the room did not look the same as in the image. The restaurant was also closed and thus I strived for food there .

Bed ok , too far away from any sites, no person there to speak to about the area , no basic kettle for us to make a coffee, restaurant staff non English speaking so we felt high and dry in this place

Location, restaurant, quiet area. Good place to rest after car travel.

Comfortable rooms, big bathroom, comfy bed and very clean. Easy to check in too!

Overall a good stay, nothing really to complain about.

Harder for non-german speakers if you need to communicate with staff, but doable and the staff does find a solution to the problem.

Strategic location for a road trip. Self check in is amazing. Lovely veiw, pieceful rest

This is the worst hotel ever! Avoid it!!!

This is a terrible place!!! The hotel has several banquet halls where birthdays and weddings are held. Although they are supposed to work until 21:00, the fun continues until 01:00. When I approached the girl from the restaurant and asked why it was still so noisy at 22:00, she said that 'the boss allowed it' and she can't do anything. The boss doesn't care about the guests at all!!! Read the reviews about the hotel, it's always like that there!!! Get out of here!

No air-condition in hot days

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped.Hotel is in a quiet location, 20 min drive to the city center.The restaurant offers delicious food. Free parking.

The breakfast could have more options. There was no fridge in the room.

The room itself was ok. How it was located in the facility, is pretty bad.

The room is located at a communal terrace where everyone can pass by and see inside the door / the only window in the room. There is no way to get some fresh air, only by opening that door. People can walk by and make noise, which makes your sleep completely disturbed. At 6:30 they started to wash the terrace, which was so loud I couldn't sleep at all. When I closed the door, it was 40 degrees in the room. The cleaning lady started to clean up the rooms at 7am , which you can hear from the other floors as well. She was loud with every step she made. The place is good maybe for getting 2 hours of sleep. For that the money is not worth.
