Pros +
- The leisurely centre is amazing
- Lovely staff, good room, totally pet friendly, safe free parking, enjoyable spa plus amazing food in the restaurant. The owners are onsite and run the place (wife front of house, husband the chef). This was a second visit and on our radar for a third!
- Location and design of the hotel.
Cons -
- The food was not good. The leisure centre didn’t open until 12 pm I was looking forward to using it before we left but this wasn’t possible
- Would like the availability of an afternoon snack but not a big issue.
- We chose another room, the size was the same, but the design differed from the photos. AC did not work and you can't sleep with an open window because something on the roof is constantly knocking. We almost did not sleep with 2 kids. In the middle of the first day, the electronic lock for the room was broken and had to be replaced entirely. It was a bad SPA and we decided not to stay for the second night. Never again.

Large clean comfortable rooms. Food very good.
Very narrow roads to get to the Hotel. Took 20 minutes to get someone to man the bar to get a drink
Very dedicated team, spacious room, unique location that is very relaxing without phone network
The hotel made the impression of being understaffed. Considering its isolated location, we thought it would make sense to offer some sort of snacks and drinks between lunch time and 8PM, as there was only a small tea/coffee bar that did not look attended. The team did however try their best to make our stay as comfortable, despite being obviously overworked
Facilities and staff were wonderful
Everything was great but for lunch time there was a longer time to wait
