I made a booking around 23.00 and on booking.com it says they have 24 hour reception, but it is not true. When I arrived they could not see my booking, and refused me to stay in the hotel. I was charged anyway, and sent away. The person in the hotel was extremely rude, and I almost had to excuse that I made a booking so late, and he said it was not his problem basically. Crazy.

Great view from restaurant, tasty breakfast and coffee, perfect location, helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel is clean, modern and well situated with an amazing breakfast / bar view on the top floor. Our dog was warmly welcomed. We had a deluxe double and the room was quite small, although comfortable.

The pool was closed when we visited.

The hotel is amazing. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Indoor swimming pool and sauna is a big plus. The staff is very friendly und always ready to help. Perfect location, a lot of cosy restaurants nearby.

The location is wonderful. The breakfast is nice. Especially cleanness of the rooms was great!

The work of the reception staff is definitely not on a good level. The person at the reception was rather defensive and unpolite. They mixed up the rooms. Once they proposed to change the room there was no sorry for discomfort, no offer to transport our luggage to the other room, and no simply thanks for us being flexible and letting them to know that the room we got was for another guest. So, communication skils as well as client orientation have to be improved.

The food was nice, fresh and a lot of choices to choose from. One thing, the restaurant management could change the smoking area. They must moved it at the back side of the restaurant, not where at the entrance, specially for those non-smoker guests who are eating outside. Example my family is not smoking and we have a kid. Those guests after eating, they smoke and they don’t take care to others because the smoking stand is just at the entrance next to the first table. They can move the smoking stand at the backside where people are away from the restaurant entrance.

The smoker area is at the entrance of the Balkone going to the restaurant. When too full inside the restaurant or nice weather, of course guests will move or choose to stay by the Balkone.

Everything was great in hotel, from the very entrance. The staff were very friendly, and even gave us an upgrade after we had an issue with our room. Food in the restaurant was super, and the hotel is very close to the beach and sea, with a breathtakign view from our room. The pool was nice and the fitness area was well equiped. We had a really great time with my family and we will deffinitely go back.

Nothing, our experience was perfect and this hotel raised the standard on what we would like to expect from future hotels.

Location and facilities : very good. The breakfast was really good.Restaurant staff was very friendly. We also loved the pool.

The restaurant is bit expensive for a diner

Nice place almost right at the beach - only a mini golf place is between the hotel and the beach. There was parking available for a comfortable check-in and check-out. The breakfast in the top floor restaurant is spectacular, the breakfast buffet was good and had a diverse range of products to offer, e.g. there was a real honeycomb availbale for the guests to sample from, fresh fruit and veggies as well as some warm dishes while some other products were plastic packed convenience products.

There were not sufficient parking places available - which is a thing for the entire island so one need to factor in some walking/payments for public parking. The indoor pool could be a little bit cleaner around the edges. The smoking place was right underneath our window which was a bit smelly when we opened the window to let in fresh air.

The restaurant’s food was nice. The view on the top was amazing while eating breakfast. The services also by the reception was nice.

The parking space was limited.

Gorgeous view. Quiet green location with access to the beach. Rooms are clean and modern.

location is right on the promenade, which is the park on the beach. location was perfect. it was clean, had a lovely pool, had bikes for rent at a very reasonable rate and the breakfast was in a bright airy room at top of the hotel, with a great view. loved it.

nothing to dislike. it was just what we hoped for.

Breakfast buffet was great with many options, staff at restaurant is helpful and this Prime restaurant on 6th floor has amazing view. Pool is very clear and all facilities are great. You can rent cycle here as well.

Room was with Sea view but the view was hardly anything due to trees in front of the room.Restaurant had only 1-2 vegetarian options for dinner.Bathroom door set up is uncomfortable when you travel with kids because the door closes on one side while other half is completely transparent :(

Frankly speaking nothing.

Beautiful old building in typical seaside resort architecture was replaced by a tasteless building from GDR times. Sometime after the reunification, the building was quickly and lovelessly renovated, and the interior was then also miserably and above all tastelessly attempted to imitate spa architecture. Kitschy column imitations were just one of many tasteful aberrations. The contrast between the pictures here in booking.com and reality couldn’t be sharper.

Wanted to have drinks at rooftop restaurant/bar to watch the sunset, but were referred to streetlevel bar, where we were the only customers and it was quite dark. Although the server was pleasant and lit the candle on our table we just had a quick drink and left, feeling a little disappointed.

The hotel is great. Located right at the promenade you have a lot of restaurant options around. The room is modern, clean, and comfy. The hotel has a restaurant that is perfect. Breakfast was well served. Everything was just amazing

The staff is super friendly, breakfast is amazing, super variated and for every taste, a little less for vegans. The pool is lovely, the position is fantastic.

The restaurant does not offer almost any vegetarian/vegan main dish, there is just one choice, which is not very much for Germany 2022. The fitness room is completely underground, it would have been nicer to have it on another level of the hotel. The cleaning service is just every 3 days. The fridges in the room are not working, we asked to the receptions to sent somebody to check it, but nobody came.
