IFA Schöneck Hotel & Ferienpark

Room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Restaurant staff were surly. 5.00 pm check-in time. By the time we got settled and something to eat, we discovered that we were too late for a swim as the pool closed at 8.00pm. Very disappointing after a long journey to get there.

Very good for family with children. Many ways to keep kids busy while enjoying

No restroom outside the hotel makes it a bit hard for families

the room was equipped with a kitchen. the kitchen had everything you needed. the aqua center is not expensive, saunas are included in the entrance ticket.

Location is super. There is pool so kids are happy to swim in the evening. You step outside and you are on a ski/ sled slope. There are also routes for criss-country skis. next to it.

There is a moment after lunch and before the restaurant opens for breakfast, when there is no foo available to buy....They could have some local cheese and meat for breakfast instead of the ones from a regular discount supermarket. The rooms need a bit of an upgrade...

It felt a lot like a cruise but on land with snow. There is so much to do and all in one place. It is very family friendly, with even a kids area in the buffet set at kids height.

there was small issue happened in my room. Staff and manger gave me an upgrade room. This is very nice to handle the situation.

1:Swimming is not included in the room price. This was not clearly in the Booking.com. Guest needs to pay each time during visit the swimming pool.2:Wifi is never working. Front desk explained as Since more than 800 guests are in the hotel, the wifi has no such capacity to handle. 3: if you want to have new clear towels, that cost you 2 euro pre towel. If you want to have some extra body washer, you need to pay extra also. Parking, and kids club also needs to pay extra.4:sofa bed is kind of hard to sleep.

The swimmingpool is great - there are 2 waterslides, waves etc. There is also indoorplayground. Breakfast was delicius with lots of fruits, vegetables - everyone can choose. The location Is perfect with stunning views. We were there only one night so we did not have enough time to check everything - next time:)

The room was quite alright with a usable kitchenette.Location was good for our hike of the Kammweg.

Breakfast was very good with a large selection. The view from the restaurant was very panoramic. Good family stay.

They have such a good pool but very limited hours. We were not able to use it. Not sure they were short on staff or summer is their off season. Many of the features such as bars were not open.

Enough things to do in the resort for 4 days.

I liked it very much because there where alternatives for me for my special diet. My husband missed a bit varity.

They should have told us that the swimming pools were closed.

The apartment was really warm, so not heating problems at all. This was cool after long days in the snow.

The apartments do not have a room service. Toilet paper has to be asked for at reception, which can be really ebarassing, garbage bins are disgusting, not even a tea towel in the kitchen.

Children's area was very nice, but the opening hours were to short.

The staff was very unpolite. Also, when checking out, it was such a crazyness in the main hallway.

Possibilities for children, the pool and bowling area were nice, landscape around is amazing

Some staff at the reception area seemed always to be annoyed if asked a question or even while checking in or out...
