- I loved the location is very easy to access and walk around to different hiking paths , also the facilities sauna and bubbles poolAfter each hike made our recovery great , the breakfast is really good and also the staff , Neli in the breakfast area was very sweet with us , and also is easy to communicate in English and even Spanish which for me is a big plus :)

- No person there at check in I had no WiFi to check the code to get in on my phone. We got in because other guests let us in. Then we were able to call . Our room smelled not fresh room 11And the duvet covers were of such low quality polyester that I slept under a cotton towel I had brought.
- All is good , good price for money
- Snow is not being cleaned immedeatedly, so you need to have good winter tires if you travel there in winter or early spring. Parking was a little bit problematic.No teapots in rooms

Beautiful rooms, wonderful wellness area. There was no staff there, but check in went very well.
Sauna and jacuzzi were very nice. The whole building is in very good condition.

We where there on winter season. The heat was off. It was very cold in he room. We try to put heating on but it was not working. Very cold night. Without warm blankets. ?
Breakfast is really, really, really good! What a variety buffet. And lovely decorated. Personel is also very eager to refill drinks and plates immediately.
