Hotel was perfectly located for our travel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Parking was plentiful.

Very helpful guest who tried to give pieces of advice as soon as he could. Tasty breakfast and you can order a fresh egg cooked as you want. Confortable rooms with good amenities. Very near the station: it's very useful to reach surroundding cities without taking the car: for instance Saint Gallen, Zurich or Konztanz

The room under the roof in the attic could be a little bit stuffy after a warm and sunny day.

Basic old style motel room but clean with comfortable bed. Quietest location we stayed on our bicycle tour around the lake. Simple breakfast but satisfyng. Very caring friendly host. A secure room to store bikes. 10 minute walk to the lake beach. A few simple places to eat within walking distance. A good overnight stop on our ride.

A fan in the room for warm nights and insect screens on windows would make a stay more pleasant

Lovely welcome by the owner. The beds were very confortable, the room cost and good location.

Breakfast was very nice, and the host offered to make soft-boiled eggs, in addition to what was already on the table. I was able to take a short walk down to the lake, right across the street from the property, which was relaxing after a long day of traveling. The host showed me a bit of the building, as it has a long and interesting history. The rooms were in a separate building, in back of the restaurant, and it was peaceful and quiet. It's very close to Konstanz, if you would want to visit the city.

Very comfortable rooms. Great undercover parking for our motorcycles. Friendly staff, great breakfast.

No food available for an evening meal.

The main building is amazing. A huge old farmhouse turned into a restaurant (which is rarely open nowadays as the chef has retired). The cellar dates from 1214, the upper floors were rebuilt in the 16th century. The hotel rooms are in a small building behind the main building. They are new and very functional.
