I could not pinpoint something. I enjoyed everything, the staff, the nice terrace and it's view, the good pizza I ate, the parking place, the overall silence.

No complaints.

We would have given a zero score. We arrived at 15:30 but there was no one to welcome us to check into the room. We searched the whole tiny hotel and even ranged to get through but it seems the no given didn't exist. We even knocked at every doors of the room to get help but it looks like we were the only guest. Waited for too long, we headed to do our tour first. When we got back to the hotel in the early evening, a Spanish speaking guy was at the bar gave us the room key and directed us the way to our room. What was shown in the hotel website wasn't as what was expected. The hotel was so gloomy, eerie looking and not clean. The room was too old, antique to stay. All furnitures are old and rusty. The floor were dirty and sticky. The bin in the toilet wasn't cleared at all. It was smelly. We had to make our own bin to make do for the night. It wasn't a pleasant stay at all. We would not recommend you to stay here AT ALL!

The location is absolutely amazing! Had a nice cold beer on the patio on arrival, lovely appetizer! Decided to stay another day!

Very nice and cozy hotel in beautiful location. Nice view to the mountains. Free parking outside the hotel. Bus station in 20 meters. Easy to reach skiing areas or mountain villages in surroundings.Hotel has a restaurant (also visited by local people, which is good indicator)

The staff was the friendliest I have ever met in a hotel. The owner went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. His hospitality knew no limits. The food was amazing too and the views from the rooms were fantastic!

the road is a bit noisy if you like to sleep with the window open, ok if you like getting up early!
