Superbly located at the top of the village and adjacent to gondola lift. Staff super friendly, extremely clean and dinner delicious and beautifully presented. Recommended

It is located in a pretty and charming little village.

Unfortunately, we did not like the accommodation, which was due to several factors. One was that we were with a 3-month-old child, for which they wanted to charge us 50 euros, even though we had indicated that we did not require any services because he was sleeping with us. What service did we use for a baby sleeping between us, using our equipment, nothing requested? The other is the quality of breakfast. Extremely limited quantity and low quality was available on the day we were there. The food was warm, the cold cuts, cheese and butter were warm, the orange juice was warm. There were only boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs, no fried eggs, no omelettes. We arrived 45 minutes before the end of breakfast and NOTHING had been refilled. Parking was not available on site (even though we came with a dog, a baby and lots of luggage), but we had to go to a ski lift public parking lot. The staff responded to comments in a rather blunt style. Unfortunately, we do not understand this discrepancy between the poor quality of the services and staff and the quality of the hotel (as a building), because the building itself was beautiful and sophisticated.

Everything perfect

The Staff is amazing, especially in taking care of your "special" needs and they really pay attention to the details.My partner is gluten intolerant and both the kitchen and the staff were really careful about the food selection and prove to be flexible.

The location is perfect in the winter season for skiing - literally 30 seconds from the ski lift.But there isn't much to do around the off-season. The restaurant at the mountain hut is closed so there are no refreshment points or open toilets

There was great food both breakfast and dinner.The location in a calm valley with great landscape and walking tours.The rooms were great with awesome beds. Spa and wellness is exceptional.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. From staffs, hotel amenities and the room are superb. I love the place. If you’re looking for a peaceful, chill and relaxing vacation, this is the one for you. Too bad that we only stayed for one night since we have a tight schedule. But we will surely comeback next time for a longer stay!!!

Everything was amazing!The hotel was sparkling clean. The room had a breathtaking view. The food was exceptional and the staff was super friendly. They even prepared us a basket of breakfast to take with us becuase we checked out early in the morning. We reserved the spa one evening and had an amazing time there. Also the hotel is very close to the ski gondola and is positioned in a great location.

Pillow is a bit too soft

All round excellent hotel. The valley view from the bedroom and the rooftop spa is unbelievable. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very nice. One of the best things about the hotel is that it’s located right beside the cable car which brings you to 2100m and then you are at the start of many waymarked hiking trails.

The location is exceptional, great views of mountain panorama, and staff and food were amazing!

Beds were a little hard so we did not sleep super comfortable but ok :) Spa area is not very big however with great view on top of the building.

Nothing that we disliked.

- The view from our room was incredible. The room itself was also very clean, had all we needed and the bed was very comfortable.- The breakfast and dinner were top class. There was more than enough choice.- The staff was kind and very helpful.- Perfect hotel for a relaxt, quiet time in the mountains with a beautiful view.We had a very nice holiday and would like to thank the complete staff for making it such a great time.
