Pros +
- The room was brand New, very clean and comfortable. We loved the view on the mountain from both side of the room.
- A super place to stay when visiting Sarntal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners/managers were there the whole time and were very helpful and obliging. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. We especially liked the selection of fresh breads and the scrambled eggs were brilliant.
- The hotel was as described, the area - very nice, the staff was polite and attentive, the room was clean and spacious (huge terrace/balcony). Parking right in front of the building, was staying with a dog and the hotel is pet friendly which was basically the decision making factor.
Cons -
- If, and I mean if I have to say that there was something, it would be that we couldn't regulate the temperature in our room. Forgot to ask how, so probably our own fault!
- The breakfast could be better (which is very subjective), the choice of food was a little poor to my taste but the fact that they serve breakfast was already a plus which we appreciated.
- Nothing - all was good.
