Very good breakfast - 4 options, including a vegetarian one - good qaulity accompanied by exquisite tea/coffee

Not much to mention, it is ranked as a 2 star hotel, but we actually felt like a in 3 star one.

Strategic location right in the city center, close to everything. The room was clean and bigger than your typical hotel room.

I liked the location, right in the heart of the resort, and next to one of the largest pools with salty water. I also enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, both at the reception and at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations, was very tasty.

The hotel is supposedly recently renovated. New furnitures, sure, yet the amenities were not updated in the bathroom. Leaky shower head and broken sink socket are just 2 examples. There were no mosquito nets in the bathroom and the relaxation room, a bummer when temperatures hit 34+ degrees celsius. We paid for two rooms with air conditioning and we did not receive them. When traveling with a toddler and experiencing high heat temperatures, it becomes a big minus. Lastly, the finishings in the main restroom were truly patchy made with scotch tape instead of proper plinths - since they were hiding electricity cables, quite a hazard.

I didn't like the bathroom. It didn't have the courage to take a shower. It didn't look clean and gave an impression of "better not". The was hardly any place to hang the towels too

Rooms very clean!!

At breakfast you don’t have at least water included. You have to pay for a bottle of water…the menu was a la cart for breakfast, staff service was slow and poor.

Breakfast was the selection of each person on the menu up to 30 lei per person, if the order exceeded the amount you could pay the difference with your card or cash. Many menu options, reasonable prices, tasty food, impeccable service.

Maybe a bigger fridge so that it can fit bottles of mineral water, because the water from the sink is not drinkable.

We only booked for one night, because we had an event near that area, and also we wanted to visit, but I did not know this town was known for treatment center for older people.

Breakfast was very poor. They give you a meniu and you if you have Breakfast included you can order for 25 lei. But comparing with the food prices, in my opinion, is very low. If you want to have a normal Breakfast you will need more then that. Apart from that everything was ok.

Full of stray dogs that beg for food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. No air conditioning or any ventilation system in the room, which makes it impossible to "survive" in the summer. No hair dryer. They charge 30 RON per day per pet...

The bed was a twin that we put together as a double but a big space remained. Mattress is not comfortable.

The room was spacious. The location of the hotel.

The room was on the 4th level and there is no elevator .The design of the room made us feel like we landed in the 70'sOverall it was very expensive for a 2 star hotel.
