Pros +
- Incredible place to stay, completely surrounded by nature: green valleys, forests, rivers and cliffs. If you want to disconnect, I recommend it 10/10. Hotel is well equipped, clean and smells good :)
- Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Bar is great and terrace lovely.
- It is a beautiful setting in the woods--quiet and peaceful! There are well marked-out walks, a plenty and in all directions.Running mountain water everywhere. It was nice to be back in nature!
Cons -
- Food is reasonably priced but could be better.
- A price was given for the breakfasts, but it is not a fixed price--perhaps an average cost? The price was dependent on what you ate--one egg, two eggs, one tea, two teas, etc.
- Outdoors : maybe due to end-of-season but lawn was not tended, saw dog droppings; weeds growing between terrace tiles. Not all staff members were responsive / friendly.Didn’t try the Indoor pool, it didn’t look inviting (dark confined space)Too isolated location for us: getting there and going anywhere takes a lot of time in the car.Evening menu is limited, dishes are rudimentary. Don’t try the salchichas.

Located in a beautiful setting, really very isolated. Tranquility ensured. Surely must be great for more adventurous hikers. We had a very spacious room (mini-suite) with a beautiful view. All very clean. Great bed.Outdoor pool looked great but we didn’t try it, too late in the season (water too cold)Evening menu : liked the salmorejo and trout.

Fabulous location with mountain views all around. The night sky was amazing. This is a rustic hotel in quite a remote location so don't expect big city facilities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Bedroom was small but adequate. Internet was a bit intermittent
