Breakfast was good with plentiful choice. The area around the hotel is nice.

Spa and saunas close very early. There was no point to visit it for the last 10 minutes. I would have chosen some other place to stay if I would have known.Also ventilation was blowing with full force and was quite loud and made the room chilly.

The location was great, right in the middle of the nature! We enjoyed hiking!

Our room view was a building! So we couldn’t enjoy the nature from the room at all.The corridor was noisy even during the evening and night.The temperature of water in the spa was not hot enough to relax and it was so crowded.The dinner buffet was pretty expensive.The breakfast was not as good as expected.

The position in the park is very convinient and the spa facilties were adeguates. Could have been a great experience but…

… the timing for everithing was totally inadeguated: we arrived on friday 6/12 (Finland indipendence day) at 19th and the restaurant was closing at 18 ( no other option in many miles). The daylight in winter is very short but spa open late (2 pm) and close at 8 pm or 10 am -16 pm on sunday (and 6/12). Than on saturday the entrance to the main bar was with ticket, because of music and dancing ( after paying hotel and buffet), so soon to sleep becouse other facilities closed early.

The location is amazing. Room was comfortable, but basic, no kettle in the room. Adequate and tasty breakfast.

A kettle in the room would be nice.

The cleanliness was superb, the staff cleans the rooms daily. The food from buffet was great, but a la carte doesn't offer much choice so I'd recommend eating from the buffet.The bar had nice offer of drinks, the "pub" not so much.

Not sure if it's because we came in out of season time, but the small pool with the waterfall(?) wasn't working due to construction works. Wish there was a notification on the website

I request special arrangements but even they didn’t reply me whether it is doable or not. SPA and Jacuzzi weren’t available

Unfortunately, we were staying on a Sunday so all the pool and sauna closed before we arrived. It was shoulder season so I imagine hours were reduced but we were sad to miss out.

Setting of the hotel and activities offered. Everything was well done, staff friendly and helpful

location in the middle of the forest, the buffet was good and very typical Finnish. The kids playroom was amazing!

the feeling is less luxury spa and more physiotherapy/rehab vibe with the laminate floors and majority of other guests with rollators

The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating of our needs. While the hotel is dated, the location was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bed linens were very clean as well.

The pool (the reason we booked the stay) was closed Sunday from 1600 until Monday at 1400 and so we were unable to use it. While our son was very upset that the pools were closed, the front desk was wonderful and upgraded us to a room with a sauna. The management was also accommodating and compensated us for the inconvenience and was also open to the suggestion of posting pool hours on the website.

Charging hybrid car costs 15,- Eur, far too much!

The breakfast was good, the children's play area was the best and overall good.

bit expensive hotel and the service were average. but the timing were strict. Staff are not friendly and I asked few help but we didn't get it. It is duplex kind of beds, we have to carry upstairs.

You can always get away from there

Food, if you like "spa" from 1940's it might not be bad. Doors closed at night, didn't get out without cleaners help, just stupid..no fridge in room 3rd flood has microwave, but feeling it won't work

Location is beautiful, the surrounding nature is unique and the trails are nice, although I don’t know why biking is limited to a few trails

Restaurant fails in terms of opening hours, menu and quality. Almost exactly the same breakfast repertoir you get in 9 out of 10 spas in Finland. There’s nothing terribly wrong really with the whole place but no particular reason to return either. That’s a shame since the extraordinary nature deserves something more unique.

Nature around the spa is amazing, lots of tracks to hike and ski on winter time.

Curtains could be thicker, not too easy to sleep during long summer nights. Also room was very hot due to exceptionally long heat wearher period.

Amazing location in the middle of Rokua geopark. Friendly and helpful staff.

No airconditioning in the room which would’ve been great at summer time.

Right next to the trails of the national park. Buffet lunch and dinner served in the restaurant.

Since right next to the national park, there are not really any other services or restaurants nearby.
