We arrived at the time we had advised the host in advance that we would be there, and we were greeted with an unreachable host. Over the next few hours we tried to contact them by phone, by Whatsapp, by email, without response. We then tried contacting Booking.com for help, we sat on hold on the phone for ages, tried emailing them without any response. We even tried the business across the road from the unit and we're told how this is a regular occurrence. After waiting and trying for several hours we gave up and had to book another hotel at an added expense. When we returned to our home country I contacted my credit card company, to dispute the charge and after their investigation was informed that they had lied saying they had rendered their services. WARNING to other travellers avoid this place !!!

Super clean, large room, large private terrace, superb views, great host, fantastic food and atmosphere in the bar/restaurant below, very good value for money!

A more detailed description of the surrounding area and the fact that there was nowhere to get any food within 7 miles. I had to call a taxi to go anywhere as there were no buses or shops anywhere local. I left the hotel after one night and moved to another location.

Lovely spacious room with big balcony and great views. Very clean and comfortable. Parking available if you have a car, which is a must really, or a bike! If you like peace and quiet, it's an ideal spot.

Was a little remote and the restaurant/bar downstairs was closed, so nowhere to go. Recommend taking some food and drink if you don't have transport to visit nearby towns. Difficult to get to without car - we got a lift from a bar owner in nearby San Miguel!

Although our flight was delayed for 2h and we arrived after 12pm there was someone there to provide our key. Air conditioning and warm water functioned as it should.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived after midnight, provision of water was haphazard. One day refilled, another day when we came back at 10pm the room had not been cleaned nor water replenished so we had to buy from a pizzeria in the last minute. No breakfast and nowhere to eat own breakfast, no cutlery etc.

I visited the property a month before to tell them I needed to cancel the booking as I had changed my flights. I saw the owner and a lady cleaning. They showed me around The rooms looked nice, clean and comfortable. The owner told me he would give me a refund of the total but I had to request this through Booking.com. I did as he asked but he has not responded and I have not had the refund.

The location is not good it is in the middle of a residential area there is only a bar close by. It is described as San Miguel but it is about 3-4 KM away from the town centre.

The attached bar restaurant,was not open ,and the nearest available was 4 kms away.People should be advised on their site ,that it is not open on a Monday

Breakfast was adequate. Location was lovely.

Only one chair in the room, two would have been better, as one of us had to sit on the bed to eat as it was too cold to eat outside.

Lovely room we were upgraded for free. Stored bikes on the balcony nice and safe

Lady who showed us in was very friendly and very helpful in giving us directions to shops, bars etc. Everything was very clean. Room had everything in it, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, fresh milk.

I personally didn't like the fact that the continental breakfast was actually a packed up in packets and in your room. It's a personal thing. It was as advertised and there was plenty, just I don't like it. Not a complaint, more a comment.

Location was spot on as we were up for a birthday party, room was bright and airy and clean and comfortable, bathroom facilities were good. Couldn’t fault it at all

Warm welcome by friendly couple, and great menu del dia.

A light in the en suite would be useful. Cooked breakfast was on the menu, but not available in the morning.

After booking the non refundable room, the only booking that was possible, was then told the bar and restaurant is closed so the nearest place to get anything at all is miles away. Never see a single person for the time we was there as the key was just left somewhere. The breakfast that is included in the room is advertised as a good breakfast, I have attached a photo to show the good breakfast!!!! VERY VERY POOR!!Especially as there is nothing else for miles.We booked the upgrade room and the bed is very hard and uncomfortable.I have emailed the hotel to notify them that I was not happy with my stay but as to date no reply. Not very good customer service.So anyone thinking of booking this hotel make sure the bar and restaurant is open or you will be driving around looking for miles.
