Hotel Riviera dei Fiori

Great location right at the beach and the Ligurian cycleway. Separate room for the e-bikes including power sockets for chargers.Covered car park for motorcycles. Clean rooms and shower in bathroom was very good. Room had a sea view with beautiful sun rises.

Definitely not a four star hotel, no pool etc. available. SPA need to be booked for additional cost. The staff overall was not very attentive and customer service was very passive. The breakfast was every day the same.

Breakfast omlette was of terrible fishy smell/taste. Breakfast overall was quite poor and not up to 4 stars value declared.

The restaurant was ok

We slept horrible. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep. For this price, I honestly didn't except something like this. Stay away from here

Seems to be very recently refurbished, very confortable. Bike hire at the hotel. Professional and helpful staff. Great restaurant and generous breakfasts.

The electric switches are so complicated that they had to put a “how to” guide in the room. Switching on a lamp should not really require any mental effort! The bikes they hire out need to be maintained better.

We have stayed here before. The hotel was as good as ever but we were most disappointed that the beach had not been cleaned and there were no sunbeds set out

Beach facilities

The room was excellent. The view was excellent. The location was good, it suited us.

The service needs attention. At 7.30pm there was no service at the bar or restaurant. We did not have a booking at the restaurant so no service. We had just arrived that afternoon to stay and no one thought to tell us when we checked in that there would be no service.

Our room was superb looking straight out over the sea. We loved it so much here that we booked an extra night, and we plan to return. Our dog was in her element. She was left a goodie bag, bowl and mat. She loves digging on the beach and it was a delight to know that she could go wherever she chose on the beach as she could in the hotel. I loved this hotel, just so relaxing. All the staff are so friendly, always smiling, and so helpful. We felt truly looked after. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice.

The food in the restaurant for dinner was okay, but we feel it didn't live up to the standard of the hotel.

The room over looked the beach, the sunbeds (free) on the beach were great, the breakfast was yum and the location was right on the port but the way the hotel was situated felt very private for the beach.

I did not think there were enough staff sometimes - they had to work really long hours, however it was off season, but for example the bar was un manned so you had to wait a bit for someone to see you and serve you.

The beach was nice and the local people friendly.

First and foremost the staff. Very arogant and inpolite. The hotel is supposed to be pet friendly but pets are forbidden at the private beach and, even at the hotels closeby beach-bar, the staff was forcing us to leave because the tables were "reserved". Food at the hotel wasnt great either, see googles ratings. In general, the facilities, breakfast, quality of the rooms, are not of a 4-star hotel, and does not worth its (high) price

The service at dinner is insufficient, unfortunately they can't keep up with the service..

Loved the hotel, quite remote but we knew that in advance. Lovly little private beach and a cute marina. Great breakfast. Rooms/bathrooms all good with lovly views either side of the hotel.

Staff were disappointing, not very helpful or welcoming sadly. Alot of room for improvment there for sure. Barman was fabulous though.A bit of quiet music playing would have been nice. All a bit too quiet and lacking in atmosphere.

Location is perfect. Facilities, service… super comfortable bed, big room, huge bathroom..I’m traveling with my small dog and all is just great. I’ll be back here for sure.

there’s nothing I could mention. perhaps the frigobar could be loaded, but the hotel bar was just few steps away from my door..

Stunning view around hotel: sea side and mountain views. Marina nearby. Very good breakfast. Perfect restaurant with nice cuisine! Very friendly and high responsible personal. Parking. Beach.Nice place to stay long time and rest.
