Great room with a beautiful view. Good location with a short drive to Terni and Marmore Falls. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to eat gluten free and they were very attentive and had more options available to me than I expected. My wife enjoyed the use of the spa.

The food was excellent for breakfast and dinner, lovely location, and comfortable room. The staff couldn't have been nicer and would recommend trying their wine - delicious!
Very nice stay in wonderful resort in Umbria. We took the suite from booking which wasn't so expensive and had anice bath. I come from this region and I can tell that the food and the people there are absolutely authentic. We also enjoyed the SPA which was nice and relaxing for a correct price. Some installations in the pool were not functioning but it was not so crowded ans overall it was absolutely worth.
The property is clean with a beautiful view.
The rooms are very small even the deluxe rooms without easy infos about the facilities. You must always wait to ask to the few employees working.
