Quiet location. Very clean hotel

No parking. Street parking is available but you have to search for it. Restaurant is top quality but too expensive for ordinary day to day travel. Bar meals seemed to be available but we were never offered them and went into lliria about 1. 5 km away where we found excellent restaurants. Breakfast was ok but no freshly cooked options.

This is a nice Hotel based in the centre of Benasano. It is traditionally Spanish. The rooms are very clean, beds comfortable and breakfasts nice. The Staff do not speak much English but were very helpful and pleasant. This is a good base to visit surrounding towns and villages and also Valencia. We stay here when we visit family who live in Benasano and have always felt welcome and comfortable.

No parking on site and street parking was sometimes at a distance. Restaurant is very expensive and was little used. Bar meals seemed to be available but we were never offered them. Breakfast was ok but poor value for money at 10e with nothing cooked on offer.

Very dark and noisy, no air conditioning in the room and all équipement very old with moisture in the bathroom

Small but functional room, breakfast was ok. room was made up everyday to a good standard.

No air conditioning , no fan, no Tea Coffee making facilities. People smoking in the corridors and rooms stinking the place out. Reception staff totally ignoring you when you stand at the desk, I actually walked away.

Very nice people, always smiling. They made us feel welcome. We had a requirement for a third bed in the room for our son and the hotel has met that requirement. The room had a very wide panoramic view and the bathroom was big and clean.

The hotel is a friendly place, with a family feel to it. I felt comfortable. Delicious breakfast, however, it was exactly the same for 14 days in a row. Not a single change. Maybe even not a change since 1990?My room was clean and cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed quite often. However, some of the sheets that I have received were clean but too old to be used.

Not a criticism: more sockets in the room and another bedside table. Parking is on street. No space for a car park. No coffee making facilities.

Everything. Staff unhelpful, vastly overpriced (83 euros 1 night) uncomfortable beds, plug sockets not working, quarter roll of toilet paper, tiny dangerous shower, restaurant closed, the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Noisy guests, noisy road, noisy plumbing system. I'd highly recommend you stay away. Horrendous place

Nice bar and people working there.

People that work in the reception need to learn to smile and pay more attention to guests.

Reasonable price but accommodation options were limited so this was not a factor that influenced booking. Rooms clean so this was a bonus.

Staff very miserable, not speaking to each other or us, we are Spanish speakers but no effort made to engage. On arrival ignored at reception, had to prompt to get room key. If guests not welcome out of season may be advisable to close to bookings. We travel frequently and sadly this location and hotel is one we will not go back to.

A superb chef...the lunch was delicious. The best I have had in Spain. The staff were friendly.
