Good location - we used it as a base for exploring nearby mountains (you need a car for that). The town was not really atmospheric but had a few places to eat and drink and some shops to stock for the hikes.Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.

Plenty of choice at breakfast, could have as much or as little as you wanted.
With it being off season there was a slight delay getting entry into the hotel, but this aS of no consequence.
hotel is clean, has all normal facilities, breakfast is a continental stye which is very good, parking is on the street outside hotel, a little walk away you find bars and cafes around the town, to eat and drink,, no English spoken in bars, but had a brilliant time, ordering food and beer, with the really fabulous people of vilablino, booking in was easy with help of google translate,
Great hotel for a stopover on way back to Santander. Town quiet but had a nice meal close to hotel.
