Clean, but elevator is broken. There is no front staff when I checked in.

The room was amazing, very beautiful, quiet. I recommend. Good parking nearby.

The view is great. The room is clean. There's parking lot.

The elevator didn't work and the hotel do nothing about it. I travel with 4 elderly and got room in 3rd and 4th floor. Very dissapointing staying in 4 stars hotel with elevator didn't work. I can't contact the customer service or the receptionist.

The location of the hotel if you have a car is great, 40 mins to Interlaken and the location of the hotel itself is very nice. we liked it.

Well elevator was not working and we were in the last floor and I had my kids and few bags and it was not really great experience. Also the hotel is bit on the expensive side.

- No Coffee or tea facilities in the lobby - No kettle in the room (At least for this price include a kettle please)- No Fridge in the room - The cleaners left all of our windows open (we came back very late at night and all the mosquitos already had occupied the room)- Bathroom shower has no door/glass (after shower u have to spend 10 minutes drying the bathroom)- Very bad WiFi network in our room, sometimes even no internet.

We loved self check-in. Room was good size. So happy they gave us a fan. Nice view out of the window.

Carpet was wet right outside the washroom. There was no staff so we couldn’t inform anyone. Next day we informed the staff at the breakfast all they said okay we will check but nothing happened.

Restaurant and restaurant staff were great! Totally recommend it.

No one at check in and it was not simple. Noisy! The person above us must have worn ski boots as bedroom slippers, and then we had people talking loudly in the hall around midnight! Bad night in uncomfortable beds, room was stuffy and humid with the windows open! Shower water kept changing temperature, cold and hot…Bad experience, we’ll never go back!

Great place to stay. Excellent location. Beautiful facility. Excellent view. Dinner was fabulous and breakfast was good. Clean, quiet, lovely place.

Automated check in was different. I would prefer to have a person to answer questions like where to park and how to access WiFi. I figured it out, but it took a little effort.

It was very clean, the facilities are nicely managed and the hotel staff was super friendly.Breakfast was also delicious.

Sachseln is a lovely location, even for gloomy winter days. The hotel was spotless, warm and cozy. The mattresses were very good. The breakfast was generous with eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cheeses, croissants etc! I also liked the ability to check in using an automated screen since I arrived late. The staff were also polite and I was able to hang out at the lobby for a few hours on my departure date to get some work done.

Self check-in - I arrived pretty late and I appreciated that I could do the check-in by myself.Hotel staff was very nice and kind!My room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable.There was a room for bicycles.

Self check-in - There was no information where my room was. I had to call them to help me find it. (It was in a different building.)There were no vegetables for breakfast. :-/

Great, authentic hotel with a long history. Right on the walls you can find different historical facts. Also good breakfast and clean spa. The location is just perfect! Train station and the lake are just a few minutes walk away, Zurich airport and all attractions an hour away by car.Highly recommend it! ???

Really comfy bed, planket and pillow. Tasty breakfast. Garage for your car.

The hotel was comfortable and the restaurant was very good. The parking garage could be reached very easily and was a safe place to park your car. The online check in/out was quick and easy. The view on the lake was very beautiful.

The the pillows were very uncomfortable unlike the bed, which was comfortable.
