Room was clean and well appointed

The desk clerk was very matter-of-factly and refused to even attempt to interact with us as our Spanish was really pathetic.The "included" breakfast was really lacking...

Did not stay as the hotel cancelled my booking.

I booked on booking.com on the day of arrival and had a confirmation email, when I got to the hotel it had been cancelled by the hotel with no communication ?

Exceeded my expectations for such a small town. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable The bathroom was large, clean and had a bathtub with unlimited hot water. The restaurant was good too. It was about a 15 minute walk from the historic center of town. I would stay again.

Easy find off the motorway. Had a bad smell in the bathroom the following morning. Nice reception area with parking at rear. Restaurant only spoke Spanish but we managed to order food and drink using google translate.

Everything - large room with most comfortable bed and very large bathroom with an excellent shower. Had a delicious meal in restaurant. All staff friendly, attentive and efficient. Good covered. secure parking at rear. Easy to reach from junction 93 of autovía. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely , spacious and clean.

The location was perfect as we were returning to UK from Spain. The staff were very welcoming, the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, the food was exceptional. A most enjoyable evening spent there.

The hotel was spotless, the room large and comfortable, the bathroom large and very clean, the staff were very helpful. The town centre was very close at hand.

Location just off the highway from Madrid to the costas, walking distance to a very pretty town.Room very large, bed comfortable. Non English speaking staff, but no issues with google translate, both ways.Lady serving breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Dog friendly.

Lack of grass or green areas for dogs.

Staff speaking English waited for our arrival (we called them to let them know we are coming). The rooms are clean and very spacious, making you feel like a guess in a hacienda. Short drive to Consuegra for "Don Quixote windmills" and castle de la Mancha, which we took good pictures. A good quality hotel with very decent price.

very close to the motorway and on the outskirts of small town , with a few picturesque buildings and windmills close by. Convenient for travelling south from the ferry at Bilbao to break the journey. Staff pleasnt and evening meal very good.

Lovely old hotel. Nice Area. Private parking. Doha the waitress in the restaurant was lovely and helpful.

There was no name on the hotel. Hotel restaurant was closed from Sunday morning until Tuesday morning. So ,you couldn't even get a coffee . Because the restaurant was closed, all the lighting in the corridor was closed. Had to find your room in the dark.

Restaurant was not open (closed Sunday and Monday but not made clear on Booking dot com) no coffee or tea making facilities, no drinking water!! Had to walk into town for provisions which is not what you want after a 8hour drive

Old style Spanish hostel , large rooms , friendly reception

Unfriendly bar operative . Couldn’t have put more effort into making me go and eat a snack In my room , never been made to feel this way in a hostel before And for some reason the noise from other guests made it impossible to get a good nights sleep .

Comfortable and spotless hotel in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the historic Plaza Mayor.Friendly and helpful staff. Great size rooms! Secure free parking. Looking forward to re-visiting.

Excellent location, nice village. Very good food and very good value.

Beautiful hotel. Air-conditioning worked and it was needed at 37 degrees. Really nice gentleman behind the bar made us feel very welcome and comfortable, just what you want after a 6 hour drive. Tapas we're excellent. Lovely sized rooms and good shower .

Pity that dogs are welcome but only outside or directly to your room.Given the size of the entrance area it would be nice if pets and owners could sit.We would have stayed for breakfast. Older lady behind the bar was overly concerned with us paying for drinks.
